We would like to emphasize that if you had contacted us directly to inform us about the issue with the wilted flowers, we would have gladly arranged for a replacement of your order. Our aim is always to ensure that our customers receive fresh and beautiful arrangements.

Regarding the spillage of water, we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially in relation to the chocolates included in your order. We regret that this occurred during transit. We do hire additional temporary staff to manage the increased demand during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, and we are taking your feedback into consideration as we continuously evaluate our delivery processes to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We hope that despite these issues, you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the high-quality flowers and service that we strive for.

Just this Friday I sent my daughter, an family nurse practioner, who just purchased her condo a deluxe fruit basket from Anthony's. It was sent to her place of worked and all her co-workers and she absolutely loved the condition of the fruits that were selected as well as the presentation. You cannot go wrong with Anthony's. I had requested that the fruit basket arrive b4 2 pm and they arrived at 1 pm, and I had placed the order the evening b4. I currently live in Scottsdale AZ and I continue to use Anthony's when I want the best flowers, the best plants, or the best fruit arrangements. This time, although beautiful and my daughter loved it, it wasn't what I expected color wise. The picture on the site showed bright colored flowers that were yellow and orange, what she recieved were very dark colored flowers. Still very beautiful, but not the colors I was expecting. Delivery Details & Tips

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
