Ann's Petals
Hello friends! I’m Ann Nguyen, founder of Ann’s Petals. In early 2015, I sold some of my very first arrangements on Valentine’s Day. It was a small stepping stone leading to what Ann’s Petals is today. I remember delivering that first bouquet, the response was more than I would have anticipated. Being able to share the genuine happiness with someone as they received my flowers was an eye-opening experience. This sudden realization that I had the potential to positively impact others with a floral bouquet hit me hard. I knew at that moment, this was my calling—being able to bring joy into others’ lives with my efforts and creativity was truly a fulfilling and rewarding experience. In the past several years of my journey with Ann’s Petals, I’ve grown so much and evolved artistically in ways that would not have been possible at my former office job. With the continuous experience and immersion in the floral industry, my passion and vision for flowers has thrived tremendously. That same devotion and zeal continues to motivate me to provide my clients a truly unique and custom product. Although the Ann’s Petals floral family has grown, we continue to work with the same dedication I discovered years ago. We strive to deliver quality floral arrangements that go beyond the expectations of our clients. From birthdays and anniversaries to corporate events and weddings, we offer a variety of unique designs and custom arrangements that will accommodate your needs for any occasion. The order was delivered to apartment 123 on the first floor, instead of 213 on the second floor. The recipient’s boyfriend discovered it the following evening when he went downstairs to the first floor to do laundry. I provided the recipient’s cell phone number & correct address.

Ms. Nguyen is a very nice lady! I ordered a custom bouquet and the recipient was overwhelmed by how beautiful they are. They are still going strong a week later.
As the shop had accidentally delivered the flowers too early, Ms. Nguyen graciously offered to send another bouquet on the recipient's birthday.

I went on a Saturday morning and had to ring the doorbell to get my flowers for pickup. The flowers did not have a personalized note like I requested in the order either. Aside from that, the flowers themselves were gorgeous!

I am quite appalled as my order was not delivered. I had ordered these flowers for my sister’s anniversary and had specifically chosen 6th December as the delivery date. I was charged 15 dollars for delivery and despite that the order never reached her. I was neither informed nor made aware of why this happened. I had to finally get my sister to call the shop at night as she confirmed that she hadn’t received the flowers. These are small things one wishes to do to make their loved ones’ celebrations special and it’s really upsetting when it doesn’t happen. I have been ordering from you and didn’t expect this at all. :(((

I ordered a florist choice type bouquet. The florist put together the bouquet and delivered quickly, however the bouquet was lacking color variation. It wasn't much contrast and so the bouquet was not very pleasing to look at. Also, all of the roses were fully open which may just be a personal preference, but earlier blooms tend to make the gift last longer

I have to rate it better as sometimes living up to a great photo is a hard one to match. So I gave it 3 star rather than two…I never do this but my sister showed me the bouquet and it was nothing like the picture I see in your gallery. Perhaps when it was still wrapped up it may have resembled. I probably won’t order again but I do love your gallery.

The flower arrangement delivered did not look anything like the photo online - completey different flowers, color scheme, and shape. Additionally, it was delivered in a different vase, which was unfortunate, as that is why I ordered this specific arrangement. Additionally, by 5 pm, the arrangement still hadnt been delivered. Where do I begin? I was looking for flowers for my mom on Mothers Day. I am in Dallas Texas and my mom is in San Jose California. I was not able to go see her this year due to the pandemic. I called Ann's Petals and spoke with Ann and she was such a Life Saver! She assured me everything was going to be fine and took my order for a dozen long stemmed roses. The picture shown on the website is NOTHING like what my mom received. It was 100 times even MORE BEAUTIFUL !!! I will definitely order from Ann's again, again, and again. We ordered the arrangement shown in the photo, but that is NOT the arrangement that was delivered. Instead, a much smaller arrangement in a BOX instead of a vase was delivered. Anne's did not contact us before the substitution or reduce the price. We were charged $165 for an arrangement that, at best, was only worth half that amount since it was literally half the arrangement ordered. We sent an email to Anne's immediately after receiving a photo from the recipient and have not received a reply. The only thing they did right was to deliver the arrangement as scheduled.

We received exactly what I ordered. I asked for the "Designer's Choice" arrangement. I asked that it include few roses and lilies and said I preferred a low rather than a tall arrangement. The flowers that were delivered could not have been closer to what I ordered. Lovely hydrangeas, surround by greenery and smaller flowers with just a few roses for accent.

But, Ann’s Petals made the delivery, called to let us know they made it very special to compensate for the vase change and sent a follow up email for any other questions or comments.

I also requested that lilies be included (hence the reason I purchased this item because the photo shows lilies) and there were none. I realize that the florist has the right to substitute flowers and in this case, roses and gerber daisies were used - which were pretty, but not what I felt I ordered.

Hi! It’s not that I don’t appreciate the effort at all I know it takes a lot of care and patience to arrange flowers. I was just not expecting the color and bloom combinations- it looked very dated. Personally did not enjoy the aesthetic but my mom appreciated the sentiment and I’m sure will enjoy the arrangement. Thank you.

I ordered this bouquet and upgraded to “Deluxe” expecting it to be even nicer than this picture. I waited for the delivery until mid-afternoon and finally called the shop and they said they would be making it up and getting it out soon. It arrived just before the office closed and was actually smaller than what is shown in this picture.

the custom bouquet is very pretty, however I explicitly said I didn’t want any purple flowers - guess what I received? A bouquet with mulptile, bright, screaming purple flowers. Very disappointed.

Wife loved the box of flowers for her B-Day. I asked to include sunflowers and you did, thank you. Only thing, some of the peddels on some of the flowers were already dying when the flowers arrived. And the roses were a little too open. So the roses will not even last the weekend and that was the point of spending $165 on flowers.

The blush box was better than I expected. I was worried it might be too white or won't look like an burst of flowers like in the pictures but it looked great.
I even called the morning of the delivery and they knew about my order and took the time to talk to me and even put some premium flowers in it.

I routinely order flowers for my fiancé for special occasions and tried Ann’s for the first time this month. I am not pleased with the deliverable. The flowers are so jam packed into this small box that they really have no room to bloom and stand out. I understand that the idea is order a design you see and it will be emulated, but with the option to upgrade, I expect better. Not to mention the roses and other flowers were wilty. The greens are beat up and some leaves are drawrfing the roses that again, are buried by other flowers. There should be more than 3 tulips in a spring arrangement. Additionally, no response to my order was ever given. I asked if this arrangement would come in a vase, it didn’t, and the seller wasn’t bothered to answer me. I gave very specific delivery instructions and received no response. Placed my order 3 or 4 days ahead, too. I understand and no not usually complain about the cost of a nice arrangement. That said, For $115 dollars delivered (a few miles) I’d expect better. I will not be ordering from Ann’s again.
