Beautiful flowers and the picture sent the day before the delivery was very thoughtful. However, my mother did not receive her flowers until almost the end of the day after 4:30PM. I also couldn’t get a hold of anyone since the phone wasn’t working. A bit disappointing since she was suppose to have them to enjoy all day and show them to her clients. I have always ordered flowers to be delivered to her from different florists and they were always delivered in the morning so I didn’t think further instructions was needed.

Honestly, very disappointed in the arrangement I sent to my friend for her birthday. I placed a custom order to include premium blooms, but if they didn't have them to make it pretty, bright and suitable for a 28 year old. What she received was an arrangement straight from the website, featuring inexpensive blooms with baby's breath and a misplaced ribbon made for a funeral or holiday centerpiece. When I received the preview picture, I called as quickly as possible to request that they do not send it and cancel the order. They told me that they had already left the store and explained that it was filled to value. As a florist out of town, I was terribly embarrassed for her to receive this, especially after the last arrangement she received from me. She said she would go to the grocery store and find other things to replace some of the items within.

I called to see where the delivery was and a nice man answered the phone but a man in the background wasn’t professional. I heard him say “I’m coming. Hello and thank you for giving me a chance to voice my opinion here. Although you used plenty of flowers and I know you have the right to substitute flowers, I am disappointed you did not stay with original color scheme of the arrangement I ordered. I chose that arrangement not only for the type of flowers but also for the color contrast. I am sorry to say this bouquet is nice but too monochromatic and not what I purchased!

Based on my rating, the review can't be very good. That said, the experience of using the website was great. They delivered the flowers very quickly and a bit outside their delivery area.
On the downside, the person I sent flowers to didn't receive anything that looked like what I had ordered. I had purchased (online) a subtle, classy flower arrangement for a friend's birthday. I hoped it could be used at a dinner party she was having. Instead, I received a conglomeration of garishly colored flowers that looked nothing like the photo from which I ordered. I was assured I had received "great value" for my money. I was told that the photo was "only a stock photo" and they "had to use what they have in the cooler because it's winter." Well, I'm not sure how to place an online order if it isn't from a "stock photo". It also seems to me that if the product was substantially different - which this was - a call to say as such would be a good idea. I am disappointed in what my friend received. I wish Angle Florist would have spent the time upfront to tell me what was going on instead of spending time telling me why my expectations were unrealistic and how great the product was. Not a terrific experience with this shop.

I went online to look at my options and found flowers I liked. I completed my order online which is unusual for me. I am not a tech person but process was simple. I later received a picture of the actual flowers. It was better than the picture I had chosen. I was also notified of the delivery status. Very happy with my choice and will be using you again in the future.

Living in Alaska, I was concerned about finding a florist in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area based solely on reviews, but Angle Florist did not disappoint. The level of customer service was incredible. Not only did I receive an image of the beautiful bouquet prior to delivery, the deliver person also made sure to let my recipient know that she should be sure to hold the bottom of the vase to account for the heaviness of the rocks. I will definitely be using Angle Florist again.

Wow! These flowers were amazing and probably one of the prettiest selection's I have seen from a floral company! My friend loved them and she said they were the prettiest arrangement she has ever seen. This picture doesn't even do the flowers justice because they are so pretty in person. This is the second arrangement that Angle Florist has made for us. We live in Jersey and had them sent to my mother in Christiansburg. They pay attention to every detail.
