Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers online for delivery and had a great experience with this florist. The checkout process was simple, and scheduling the delivery was easy. I got a confirmation email right away, though I do think a second automated follow-up email closer to the delivery date would’ve been a good touch, just to reassure me that everything was still on track. The flowers were delivered right on time, and I’m so thankful they offer a delivery option. It made the whole process so convenient. The person who dropped them off was also very kind. My mom LOVED the arrangement. I had included a short note, and I was so surprised (in the best way) to see that it was handwritten rather than printed. It looked great, *definitely* nicer than my own handwriting! I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again and will recommend them to friends and family. Really thoughtful service all around.
