Excellent job on a spray I ordered for my uncles funeral. The florist called me to tell me that someone else ordered the same spray and asked if I wanted them to change my spray so they wouldn’t look the same. I was very impressed that they cared enough to call and ask me. When I saw the spray at the funeral, it was so beautiful and I was very happy. They provided excellent service and cared about my order and what it meant to me. Thank you!

The ordering process was easy and convenient. I never use the oprtion to allow the florist creativity as I like to choose myself, but I am very happy with what the artist did for us. If I had any complaint, it would be that I was not notified that my flowers had been delivered until the day after the delivery date I selected and was ready to call the shop to verify delivery. This is really a minor thing honestly as I would choose this florist again in the future!

I was not at the service and a family member said the flowers were beautiful. I asked if there were blue flowers or ribbon and she said no it was mostly white. I know that you have to work with what you have, but something called Beautifully Blue should have some blue. Still grateful they made it.

This is my second time ordering sympathy flowers for a loved one. On both occasions I didn’t receive the same item as pictured on their website. For example, this time the flowers pictured were in a round vase, my friend showed me that her flowers arrived in a square vase. I chose the arrangement because I liked the round vase. They were out of the arrangement I selected, so they called and emailed me to give me several alternative options or offered to send what I ordered a day later, once they received their next shipment. This florist was great to work with. When I placed an order online, the manager called me to inform me that she did not have this plant in the store and would not receive it in until the next day. They had run out of the white ceramic pot/vase, and so instead they replaced it with a light blue ceramic pot/vase, and they notified me that morning a few hours before the scheduled delivery. I've been buying flowers for my honey for Valentine's Day from Angelica's for about five or six years. Their arrangements always look great and there has never been any problems or confusion with my orders. This year I decided not to go into the store and ordered online and had them delivered and my only complaint was that whoever delivered the flowers was gone before I could thank them. A few years ago I went all out and ordered the extra-long stem red roses but they seemed to droop more quickly, so now I just stick with what they call the "Classic Red Romance" bouquet. I ordered the divine light cross, the always adored casket spray and the rose garden heart to be delivered to my mother's funeral service at the Riverside National Cemetery. The arrangements were stunningly beautiful and all of the flowers were fresh. Everyone at the service commented how lovely the arrangements were. The process of ordering on the website was nice and easy, although the arrangement received did not look anything like the photo online. It wasn't horrible, but looks like it was thrown together and put into a very plain glass vase (I understand that you may not have the exact vase available, but the photo makes it seem that it will be in something more than your basic container). Again, it wasn't horrible, but I definitely expected a more polished presentation for a $100 arrangement. Thanks!

I am from the East Coast and researched hard to find a "local" florist in CA to send my sister a b'day gift. I do not like all the internet florists that say they are local, but flowers still come in a box from the mailman. I found Angelica's and their phone had the same area code as my sisters. Place my order online, called the day before delivery to ask them to deliver before noon, and they were very nice about assuring me they could do that. My sister loved the flowers, they were fresh and presented beautifully with a balloon and delivered before noon.. I will go with a local florist every time. I will never order flowers from here again. I spent $95 to have a arrangement sent to my grandmother and what they deliver was a $40 arrangement. There were barely any roses and it looked absolutely nothing like the image online. I'm so disappointed and upset. I feel completely ripped off.

The recipient of this basket was thrilled. I'd requested dark chocolates if possible. I don't believe they were available as my recipient did not mention it (and she particularly loves dark chocolate so would have said). I requested delivery 13th (Saturday) and the package was delivered on the 12th. Neither of these things were a deal breaker, but would have appreciated communication if dark chocolate request was a possibility and communication if 1 day earlier delivery was a problem. I was very disappointed! I ordered a bouquet to look just like this. When I got a picture of what was sent there is no eucalyptus there is no lavender and the vase was Purple instead of Lavender. The flowers actually had a lot of white in it. They looked like store flowers like a trader Joe mix! I will not be ordering from you guys again !
