For $80 I thought it would have more candy, seemed kind of empty?? Fast delivery though which was good.

The flowers that arrived for my friend looked absolutely nothing like the photo. There were three pink roses in with the mix and hardly any purple flowers at all which is why I bought this. The white roses were tiny and it looked nothing like what is shown here on the site.

I have used Angela’s for years and always been pleased.
This year the flowers I ordered for my 97 yr old mother were delivered already wilting!
My mother has dementia and I was not with my mother so if her neighbor had not called me I would not have known about this!
Her neighbor returned the flowers to Angela’s and they agreed to make another arrangement. They refunded my delivery fee but not my $55.00 for the arrangement!
I will never use their services again!

The 5 stars is for the online and delivery process. We've been using Angela's Florist for years and they have been wonderful at communicating the progress of the order and delivery.
We can't review the floral arrangement. The stock photos are beautiful. Since we choose our arrangement online and have it delivered elsewhere, we never actually see the floral arrangement. It would be a bonus if a photo was taken of the actual arrangement that was delivered and included in the email/text.

They were beautiful then and they're just a beautiful and high quality now, 34 years later. (Her business outlasted my marriage. Lol!) For a business to survive and thrive as long as Angela's has, you know they must have quality, long lasting arrangements and exceptional customer service. Additionally Angela's pricing is very fair. Whenever I need flowers in the Conejo Valley, I always choose Angela's. I just wish I could find a florist comparable in the South Bay area (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance area). Order #9536104827 The basket looked great on your website but unfortunately it did not match up in reality. My friend showed me a picture of what she received and I was shocked to see that most roses' pedals are rusted. I can't believe that I paid over $100 for that as it looks worse than what I can get with 24.99 from Costco. Needless to say that this is my first and last time to order from your place.

I would like to share though that although we did not have the large gerbera daisies in stock like the picture we did make the arrangement in the pink cube with all dark/hot pink flowers and orange. We kept with the same color scheme and look and feel of the arrangement. There were no red roses. We do our best to fill the orders as close as possible with what is available.

I purchased two dozen roses one red bouquet for my wife and one pink for my daughter. However when I went to pick them up it was two red bouquets. I mentioned that in the special instructions on my online order that it was supposed to be 1 pink 1 red bouquet. She apologized for the mix up however in 10 minutes time had a dozen pink roses made up plus some peonies flowers that my daughter asked about. As long as some peonies flowers on my wife's red bouquet.
Also my daughter asked how much a rainbow unicorn was and the florist stated if I bought it she would give $10 off. It was a birthday gift for our granddaughter and she loved it.
My wife and daughter loved the flowers and said they looked fresh.
Overall we were happy with the purchase and they were polite and friendly.

The picture above is what i ordered. I even upped it to the “Premium” version for an extra $20. What i received did not match the picture. No daisies, (swapped for chrysanthemums) and no ribbon at all. There were pink roses but they were pitiful. I would include a picture but this response box will not let me. I strongly suggest that you use a different Florist - or better yet, go to your local grocery store. Theirs are much nicer for a third of the price. That’s what I will be doing in the future.

Angela's also informed me in advance of the need for the substitutions so it was fine. As shared in my previous review, Angela's did the flowers for my wedding back in 1989. Because of her customer service and the quality of her flowers, I still do my best to use her for any flowers I need in Newbury Park. I no longer live in the area, but I greatly appreciate that Angela's can always deliver a quality arrangement. My memory of her and the flowers she arranges has remained with me since 1989. Sadly my marriage ended in 2001, but Angela's Flowers will always be my "go to" florist.

I ordered the graduation balloons pictured here and on the website and the ones that were delivered were much different. The balloon bouquet received had gold stars and a smiley balloon (like you get a the Dollar Store) that was not fully inflated and 2 Congratulations balloons also like the Dollar Store has. This was very disappointing considering the cost of the balloon bouquet was $30. What was delivered was definitely not worth $30. I was willing to pay the $30 for the fancy balloons pictured. Very disappointed with the balloons. The flowers were lovely, however.

Shannon Kilbane sent a picture on Sat. 10/10/2020, the very next day, to thank us for the lovely flowers and they were lovely but everyone of the 5 yellow roses had brown edges. I think they were delivered late in the day but roses should have been cleaned from the brown edges. They were not as pictured here on the left.

How often does a floral arrangement that you order online/by phone look even better than the photo at the website? This was a first for me. ANGELA'S did a superb job of more than satisfying me AND getting a giant WOW from my recipient. How did I know how well this order turn out? My girlfriend texted me with a photo and many exclamation marks as soon as they arrived. Great service by a local business and at a very reasonable price. The basket received was nice but the arrangement is not as distinct and elegant looking as depicted on the ad photo. The flower arrangement received looks a bit more common looking in a white round basket, closer to the items in the category of lower priced arrangements. For this reason, I would rate it as average as it did not meet my expectation as provided by the visual on the website.

I only was able to see a picture since I couldn’t be with my mom for Mother’s Day, but she reported the bouquet was beautiful, flowers arrived early in the day so she was able to enjoy them all day, were in perfect condition and the vase was particularly lovely.

The flowers were delivered on Mothers day, Sunday, which i appreciate (this is why I chose this florist). However, the arrangement was much small than what was shown on the website, like half the size of the bouquet shown, and more leaves than flowers. And the vase was very different from what was shown. I selected the option that said it was similar to the picture, as opposed to smaller than or larger than the the picture.

I was very disappointed with the flowers delivered to my mom. She loves beautiful stained glass, which is specifically why I chose the Marvelous Mosaic. The Marvelous Mosaic came with is beautiful glass mosaic vase, except what was delivered to my mom was not anything like what was pictured here. Not only was there no beautiful glass mosaic vase, the vase didn’t go with the color scheme of the flowers at all. Not only that, the flowers slightly and I mean slightly resembled those pictured here. They weren’t the same color. There were no deep purples, mulberry, or even lilac colors. The roses were a pinkish and the accenting colors were a salmon and raspberry. No eucalyptus, none of the leaves pictured. It was an entirely different arrangement, other than it did have a succulent. I paid for the most expensive version. The case that came with it was this pale blue vase that looks rusty. Not sure where the Marvelous Mosaic comes in without the marvelous mosaic vase. Just a complete fail on that one.
I literally would have bought a completely different arrangement if I know she wasn’t going to get the vase. I would have bought one of the arrangements with the deep violet glass vases. Those arrangements were beautiful and again I went with this particular arrangement for the vase and colors and neither of those happened with this arrangement. Super disappointed.
Oh and I see that it says, if I want to discuss my disappointment with the order, I have to call Angela’s. Ummm, no, I’m sorry, but that responsibility falls on the florist. When you provide bad service and basically trick customers by charging them for something and providing them with something entirely different. When they are disappointed, the responsibility is all yours to make right. It is not my responsibility to call you and rectify this. That just makes me even more upset. Like, are kidding with that? You reach out to me, the customer who paid for your services. That’s called customer service.

No, I ordered the Sweetheart bouquet because there were daisies. When my son sent me a photo there more greens and something that looked like snapdragons and no daisies. I ordered the premium selection and I think it was just more greens.
