You did not deliver what I ordered - why did you add other flowers in? I did not order them, I ONLY WANTED SUNFLOWERS!
I also paid the extra for ADDITIONAL SUNFLOWERS for a larger bouquet - I don't see that, but i expect the charge will be for the extra sunflowers.
I imagine Saucon Manner would be a good source of business for you, and i am surprised at this poor level of service.
Very disappointing. I was hoping a local florist would be better than the big companies.

I have used Andy's and Pennwell's several times in the last year. They always do a wonderful job on the bouquet I've ordered and are prompt with delivery. Even calling the recipient to make sure they are home to get the flowers. I have no contacts in that part of Pennsylvania, so when we wanted to send flowers to a relative recently admitted to a rehab facility in Center Valley, I had to rely on Google. However, after speaking with the florist directly, I learned that an attempt to deliver had been made but because of inclement weather, the arrangement was not left on the porch. That was the right thing to do and I am pleased with that. The order was delivered this morning.

I bought these for an employee’s mother’s funeral. They were not what I expected. The roses were not white but had a blush hue to them. I paid for the upgrade with bigger and more flowers and it had less than shown in this picture. I did order online but got no confirmation that they were delivered until I went to the wake. Used them because they were on the funeral homes website. Disappointed in quality and communication.

You should take a picture of what you are sending for your client and either email or text that to them so they know what their recipient is getting. And I mean the picture of the piece that you create, not the piece on the web.

Arrangement didn’t resemble the picture I thought I was receiving. The arrangement was mainly greens and the flowers were spaced far apart making the over all appearance of the arrangement green. This is my go to shop in the Lehigh valley for sending my elderly parent flowers on special occasions. I grew up in Bethlehem, but now live and work far from there. They have live plants, which have thrilled my parents who adore gardening. And the latest orchid arrangement brought them a lot of joy. I wish they description on the website had explained the orchids were cut flowers, not a plant. Regardless, the arrangements are always stunning and last a long time.

I know that the flowers sent did not match this picture because they had to use what they had in stock during this scary time of the pandemic. They called me to see what substitute I wanted to use from their inventory.My daughter-in-law loved the flowers and especially the butterfly because it reminded her of her mother whom she just lost. Pennewell's is always very customer service oriented and their work is always beautiful. This is my go-to place for flowers!

I was disappointed by the appearance of the flowers I ordered. They were dull looking and were already wilting. The card looked like a thin piece of wrinkled cardboard that was wet and had dried. What was delivered was a smaller than expected arrangement that had two red roses and two/three bunches of carnations. When I ordered the flowers the picture showed roses, carnations and lilies also looked to be a fuller arrangement. The flowers are fresh and we're delivered sooner than I expected. For the price I paid I expected it to have more of an assortment and to be fuller.

This basket with the African Violets and butterflies was beautiful. I was very pleased with the arrangement. However, I ordered it on a Tuesday as a thank you to my vet for euthanizing my dog the previous day. They called and said they couldn't get the violets until Wednesday, which was okay with me. The lady from Andy's and Pkenniwell's called me to say she was out of that shade of roses and, it being a Saturday, the wholesaler wasn't available. She told me what she did have on hand and suggested darker coral, rust roses and other blooms to which I agreed because I had been looking for something with a little more "statement" to it.
