I wanted to give my grandpa something simple for his birthday since I haven't seen him in 2 years. I'm in California and he's in Texas, thank goodness I found a florist shop that can deliver something for him the day of. He really appreciated it! Would recommend this place!

The flowers were delivered in a timely matter. However, the recipient did not know they were dropped off and did not find them until the following morning. (Not a great thing to happen in south Texas July heat.)
It would be helpful for the delivery person to contact the flower recipient to let them know of the delivery. (A simple text message would do.)
No harm seems to have been done, although some of the roses appear a bit wilted.
Also, the red carnations were replaced by red roses. Even though I'm sure the roses were more expensive, I actually like carnations for their simplicity and longevity.

My Grandma had some health issues and had to go to the Hospital on Friday right before Mother’s Day weekend. I called just about every flower shop in Coprus and no one was able to do same day delivery on Saturday. All the other shops were closed Sunday and would not deliver till Monday. I basically gave up until I stumbled on Andrew’s flowers. The website could use some work with more photos of the flowers. I found some I thought should would like and ordered them at 2pm in Saturday. They were delivered about 2 hours later. I was amazed with the speed of delivery and my Grandma loved the flowers. 10/10. Would recommend.

Flowers were delivered in horrible condition. The delivery person never knocked on the door and even though I know that the flowers couldn’t have sat out in the heat for more than 15 minutes, they looked as though the flowered were left in the Sahara desert for 12 hours. That on top of the fact that the flowers didn’t look anything like the picture showed.

Item was left at the wrong address and on the person's front porch in the heat for over an hour. If no one answers the door, do not leave outside in this heat! I had to call the recipient to see why they hadn't received the delivery. Recipient was home all along so then it was determined that item was left at the wrong address. So much for the surprise!

The flowers were beautiful but i was surprised when the delivery driver put the flowers on my mom's porch, rang the bell and walked away. Didn't wait to see if anyone was home. Would he have left the flowers if noone was there? Most times the driver hand deliveres them to make sure they are received. If he ahead hadn't been home and he left them they could have been stolen or died with the over 100 degree heat index.

The flowers were perfect and just as pictured with a vase. The vase was set-up with a front face only- so if you are looking for a full 360 vase flower arrangement then you possibly need to specify(this was not a concern for me). the arrangement was much better than I have received ordering from FTD but also more expensive than FTD. You get what you pay for and this arrangement was exactly as stated maybe even better than stated. If you are looking for arrangements for a business or special occasion where money is no object then this is the place for you. I would recommend to everyone. 5 star all the way.

The flowers were lovely! Just as important, though, was the customer service. I ordered online and put in the wrong address--no problem. I called and they were happy to change it. Then I had to change the delivery date because the recipient wasn't going to be home--again, no problem. I called and they happily changed that, too. They were kind and everything went perfectly. I ordered the "Soft Tropicals" bouquet for my mom's 70th birthday. I paid extra to upgrade the bouquet size, wanting her to receive something truly stunning. I also stated in the comments the occasion, and asked to be contacted about substitutions, because this was a really special occasion and I wanted the bouquet to turn out well. While I understand substitutions happen, the bouquet my mom received was pretty - but not near worth what I paid. Despite the fact that on the website it promises they "will only substitute items of equal value or higher value", that was not the case. Instead of Cymbidium orchids, she received Dendrobium orchids. There was no protea, and there was one small hydrangea. When I called to express my disappointment, I was told that only one person was working that morning, and that usually they only read the customer comments when more than one person is working. I was also told that the wholesalers had been closed for 4 days, so they were running low on flowers. As a customer, that makes me wary because I'm sure these less than fresh flowers won't last as long as some that were actually fresh. Again, after asking to be contacted, I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know they were running low on flowers, and having issues fulfilling the order - perhaps giving me the option to delay the order a few days (which I would have been more than happy to do). I was hoping that once I called and expressed my disappointment, I would be offered a replacement bouquet, or perhaps a partial refund since I paid for an upgrade - but I was just told "sorry". After paying $100 for 6 roses, 4 orchid strands, a few spider mums, and one small hydrangea (and I mean SMALL), I can say with certainty I won't be using this vendor in the future.

This important request was ignored and flowers were delivered two days early in the afternoon. I had requested they be delivered in the morning. Arrangement was not consistent with photo description online. Employee at Andrew's was not amenable to the delivery of flowers on aunt's birthday, not necessarily the same quality as the one purchased. All in all, a negative experience.

I wanted to give some business to a local florist, so I honestly originally chose Andrews Flowers because it's right there by Padre Island. I read reviews, prices were good, so I gave it a try. I absolutely could not have been happier! The arrangement was bright and full and everything I'd hoped. My mom called me right away and texted me a picture - she was just giddy! Had a mixup with them last year. They forgot balloons on my order and ended up charging me twice. Had to wait for a refund of the second charge. Now just yesterday I figured I'd give them another chance to redeem. Nope! I paid $10.00 for delivery. Well they delivered to my neighbors house and emailed that they were delivered. I ended up giving the flowers to my wife myself. I could've done it myself a lot cheaper. I paid for the surprise factor! I wanted them delivered while I was at work!! Absolutely gorgeous, and my parents loved it, as well! The description said 22 inches (which seemed too large), but it was only about 12 inches, which is fine, but the description is misleading. Also, I paid an extra $10 for a couple added flowers for color, and there were none.

The first arrangement was not what I was expecting for a “luxury “ arrangement. Thanks for sending out a second one, while it’s “acceptable “ I was still not pleased with it. I will not be using you again, you got 2 shots at being creative, and missed both times. Sticking some roses in a vase, with no thought of proportion to the container tells me that whom ever is designing needs to take design classes. Perhaps you could contact Texas State Florist Association, to get the education you need? Honestly, I am/was disappointed.

I was spending the last week of my vacation on Padre Island with my folks at The Gulfstream. A tradition we’ve done for years since I was little tyke. My mother’s birthday was right in the middle of the week on Sept. 11th. We’ve never really shopped around for a florist in Padre Island so I was nervous about how far I was going to have drive. But when I found Andrews Flowers online I was impressed by their website and even regular flowers looked amazing. The day before on September 10th I ordered the Awesome Anniversary with premium addition. I gave them instructions on where to deliver them because of where I was staying. The very next day I got a phone call from the office saying my flowers had arrived. It was like a mirror image of what I saw online. My mother was so very happy and surprised to get such beautiful flowers on her birthday in our vacation spot. She just couldn’t believe how I was able to get her these flowers when I spent the whole day with them. But without Andrews flowers I would’ve been completely lost.
