Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I am so glad I found Andes Florist! I recently ordered 2 boquets for a funeral service of a beloved family friend. The quality of the flowers and customer service was exceptional. I requested a picture of one bouquet to be sent prior to delivery ( I ordered from out-of-state) and it looked just like the image on the website. It was such a beautiful arrangement. Also, the delivery driver was so kind and waited for a church member to physically receive the bouquets because no one was at the church at the time of delivery. It warmed my heart to learn the driver waited because they simply did not have to. The ordering process was easy and the communication with the florist was pleasant. Please support this small family owned business. They are incredible! I'm already encouraging my local family and friends to consider them for the future floral arrangement needs.
