How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (775) 356-7755, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (775) 356-7755 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Ordering flowers for family that lives across the country from me always gives me anxiety. I never know if what I order is actually what is sent or if it's just a crappier version. And then there's the "did it get delivered?" that always worries me too. I always order locally for whoever I'm buying for, Amy's was closest to where my Aunt lives and I am so so glad I used her. She actually called me to ask if I was OK with the flowers being left if nobody answered the door or if I would be ok paying a redelivery fee, then goes on to ask permission to call my aunt and make sure she was home before going out there to save me the redelivery fee if at all possible. I have NEVER experienced this level of professionalism not to mention what I ordered was EXACTLY what they got not some watered down version! It was BEAUTIFUL! I am over the moon on how well this went! Thank you Amy for the beautiful work and the A+++ customer service! 5 stars all day every day!!

With gentle steering, Mrs. Rose did an excellent job of helping me make a better decision for my friend who was in the hospital with a broken pelvis and femur. Got the corsage and boutinere both were beautiful but all the flowers were wilted when we pulled them out to put them on. The boutinere lasted a little bit longer but the corsage was dead an hour after putting it on. We paid $100 for them to not last the evening. Super disappointing they didn't even make it through pictures.
We've order all our flowers through here but not sure we will continue.

I unfortunately had an experience where I was under the impression that I’d be getting a bouquet that looked similar to the one I referenced in their display case. I paid 50 plus for them and booked it 2 weeks in advance for pick up. I’ve done their delivery service before and it’s great! When I went to pick these flowers there was discussion about different flowers being in the bouquet and they weren’t. On top of that it was in the wrong size when I picked it up and I told them, they fixed it. For some carnations and tiny lilies with greenery without the other flowers we discussed, I’m a little upset because I could have went to Trader Joe’s, bought them, and put them in a nicer vase. I take blame because I should have had it in writing and made it a bigger deal with how I felt, but I was on my lunch and in a hurry. They are a nice company and do great on selling their products but the execution was not what I was expecting. Next time I’ll do it myself.

I know that when we called you to offer you a new / free arrangement for your mother, you and your mother loved the new arrangement. The original arrangement was $49 and was primarily carnations, as that price point does not offer the variety we provided for free (that was an $79 arrangement). And the Valentine arrangement you had us design was a $245 arrangement we gave you for $135, to exceed your expectations. I had asked if we did would you update your review. I hope you get a chance to do that. I believe you were very happy with both of the arrangements (the replacement and the latter one at Valentine's Day). I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet they charged me $75.00 for a prom bouquet that had a few roses in it and some ribbon. I used Amy’s flowers a lot in the past this will be the last time. Not sure if they switched ownership but highly disappointed. And the woman who I picked it up from was rude. I asked for a small vase to keep them in water and she said well I’ll have to charge you. I wouldn’t have minded but I felt the size and the price of the bouquet was a rip off…when I asked the other parents what they received from other shops it was bigger and the same price..

I did not realize I was being rude to you, we discussed how it takes longer to make than a large arrangement, as it is just like a small bridal bouquet. Flowers have gone up and wages just as everything else has. The posy bouquets don't come with a vase, and the vase does cost me; I would love to just give those away. However, I would actually lose money. Sorry you did not have a good experience. I’m disappointed in our rose bouquet for my mother-in-law’s 93 birthday. They were delivered on time, on Saturday, the employee did call and confirm a time w/me. I appreciated the employee calling me. The roses were NOT like the picture. There was hardly any baby’s breathe and the greenery was flat. The container was clear glass, nothing very “nice”…as far as I’m concerned, just run of the mill and looked cheap for the price I paid for them and a delivery fee! It was not cheap, to purchase a dozen roses. I get costs have gone up. I choose this florist because we used them before and was happy. I was disappointed in the overall arrangement!!

Hi! The owner is very nice! However, like last year, we were very disappointed with the boutonniere and wrist corsage. The boutonniere was excessively huge and the stem was about 5in long. Way too much and so large it was dif to pin. You could tell at JA who got their flowers from Amy’s. All looked the same as far as sizing and were complaining the same. The corsage was exceptionally tiny. They just didn’t make sense or match. I send you this to help, not to badmouth. Truly! Thought you should know.

The flowers are great. However, the delivery was flawed. The flowers weren't left at the front door as in the delivery instructions. If he rang the doorbell at the lower level we might have had a clue they were there, but he did not. The phone call was the only notification that we had a delivery.

The owner of this business hung up on me when I called to share my dissatisfaction with the floral arrangement that was delivered to my son (a man). I paid $119.99 for the arrangement and I did not attempt to negotiate the price when it was quoted to me after I listed specific flowers I wanted in the arrangement. Whenever I purchase flowers to be delivered I always google to find a local florist. I never use generic websites like flowers.com. I spoke to a woman named Heaven. I told her the arrangement was for my son's birthday. I asked what blue flowers were available?. She informed me that she had light blue hydrangeas. I told her I wanted two light blue hydrangea stems. I then asked specifically for 6 red roses.I asked Heaven did she have any green roses. She answered no. I heard a woman in the background state that we should be cautious not to make the floral arrangement look like a 4th of July arrangement. I agreed with her. I then asked if they had any other green flowers. I was told that they had green "astros". I agreed with the use of this flower. Heaven suggested baby's breath. I immediately informed Heaven that I did not want any baby's breath in the arrangement. She suggested a purple statice and I agreed with this selection. I stated I did NOT want any ribbons or bows. I asked Heaven to read back to me the list of flowers to be used. She did not include baby's breath or white roses in the list of flowers I agreed to be used for the arrangement. My son sent me a photo of the floral arrangement. I was horrified! The arrrangement included baby's breath, white roses, only 2 red roses, and two ribbons! One was a off-white lace ribbon and the other was a grayish blue ribbon. I looked back at my phone call log. I was on the phone with Heaven for 25 minutes to place a floral and gourment gift basket order. I was very specific about both the floral arrangement and the gourmet fruit basket order. I asked Heaven to tell me what was included in the gourmet fruit basket versus a fruit basket. I asked her serveal question about the contents of the gourmet fruit basket. She used the phrase, "I think" or "I don't know", several times when I asked specific questions about the fruit choices, the jam, cookies, etc., included in the gourmet fruit basket. Each time I asked her to ask someone so that I had an actual answer to my questions. I could hear a woman in the background shouting answers to my questions. I later found out the woman was Belinda, the owner of the business. I needed Heaven to find out the answers to my questions so that I could make a decision between the standard fruit basket or the gourmet fruit basket. I ended up ordering the gourmet fruit basket at a cost of $121.99, and paying an extra delivery fee of $15.00 so that the delivery could be made between 3 and 5 o'clock on the 19th.I paid a total of $296.57 for the floral arrangement and the gourmet fruit basket. Not one time did I attempt to negotiate the cost. I justed wanted the floral arrangement and the gourment fruit basket to be delivered as I requested. My son sent me a photo of the floral arrangement. I was horrified! It was not what I requested. I had received a email message with a photo of the gourmet fruit basket but not the floral arrangement. I responded with a positive comment even though the basket had a bow and I had specifically asked there not be a bow on the basket. I wanted to give the vendor a positive response in hopes that the floral arrangement would be as I requested. As a side note, my husband has flowers delivered to me at least 4 or 5 times a year and I order floral arrangements as birthday gifts often. The day after the delivery, October 20, I called and requested to speak with the owner. As it turns out she was the person who answered the call. I introduced myself and explaind to her that I was very displeased with the floral arrangement my son had received. I told her about the use of white roses, baby's breath and ribbons/bows for the arrangment even though I had specifically ask they not be included. She began to speak to me with an elavated tone, telling me that she was in the background during the call. I informed her that I was aware of that because I could hear a second woman's voice in the background. She abruptly informed me that she was going to refund my money for the floral arrangment only and instructed me to hold on for Heaven. She placed the call on hold without allowing me to respond. After a few moments she came back to the phone and informed me in a harsh tone that she was going to pickup "her flowers" since my son was not satisfied. I informed her that she was not going to pickup my son's flowers and that I was dissatisfied because she did not deliver the flowers I requested even though Heaven repeated the names of the flowers along with the quanity of 6 red roses and no ribbons for the arrangement. She then hung up on me. I did not and was not planning to request a full refund. I called to voice my displeasure and tofind out what would be done to correct my order. I have owned 2 service oriented businesses and if ever I had the occasion to talk with a displeased customer, I always found a way to satisfy them without dismissing their concern by handing up on them. Needless to say Amy's Flowers and Gifts will not receive any more business from me. I waited until now to post this review hoping the owner would reach out to me to offer some kind of "good will" gesture.

Hi Larry, We spoke with your wife for over 25 minutes regarding this order. We did as instructed, the only error was the blue ribbon, it did include a 2nd ribbon that had some lace. This arrangement was made as specified and we created a large gourmet fruit basket and added a couple of extra items as a thank you for both orders. The wife did call back to berate Heaven for not listening. She was mistaken, Heaven did listen I was right next to her wondering why the call was going on for almost 30 minutes. I asked Heaven to validate all items for the floral arrangement, and was sitting right next to her when she did. I made the order as requested. I cannot give money back for an arrangement that had a bow the customer did not like. I asked her if we could come and get the flowers and refund her since she did not like the bow, or replace the bow. She did not want to do that. I cannot just refund money for an order that was not only a great arrangement but made to very specific design request. This was a very large arrangement and would be happy to refund if we could get the arrangement back. If you don't like the arrangement, we are happy to have refunded if we can get the arrangement back. You did not want to do that. You want a refund and the flowers and that is not right. My family had a last minute need for a large order of flowers, but I wasn't willing to settle for whatever may be laying around on hand. I visited this store in person and met with the shop owner who helped me to realize the specific vision I had for what our family needed.
Belinda Rose was amazing at every turn, accommodating, imaginative, endearing, a consummate professional. Despite the last minute circumstances she and her team delivered phenomenal results, with every detail on point, and perfectly on time.
The flowers were an overwhelming hit with the attendees at our services, and I received no less than a dozen compliments on the arrangements.
10 out of 10, would recommend, from start to finish. If you need flowers you cannot do better than Amy's Flowers.

I ordered this arrangement for my mother's celebration of life being held on Saturday, 8/12/23. I asked for it to be delivered as late as possible on Fri, 8/11 (in case of mishaps). I received an email on Thur, 8/10 saying the arrangement was delivered on Fri, 8/11-impossible. I called Amy's on 8/10/23 & was told the arrangement was there in the cooler--already made up one day before???

Whoever made the arrangement did a wonderful job - just as described but by the time I received the arrangement (paid for delivery) the purple roses were wilted. There were no instructions with the arrangement so I squirted them with water & put them in a room & turned up the air conditioner.

The arrangement barely lasted through the celebration of life. Quite expensive (over $300.00) for a short shelf life. My Costco flowers lasted a week (of course, they were in water).

Whomever from my team you spoke with was incorrect as I made your spray on the morning of August 11th. We always make arrangements and sprays the morning of. The arrangement they did see in the cooler was for another service and was the same specific type of arrangement. The purple roses are not roses, they are lisianthus and are a droopy looking rose, but are not roses and were not dying, that is how that flower looks. I would like to offer you an arrangement given that this spray did not last the celebration of life. Not sure why (sometimes if outdoors flowers in foam will not last as long as flowers in a vase with water). However, they should have lasted for the celebration of life. Please give us a chance to make you something special for you; any colors / flowers we have that you like I will make you an arrangement and deliver it free of charge. Sincerely, Belinda (owner)

From the time they took the order They allowed us to make changes to the design let us see what it would look like in sbore and had on time delivery. The only suggestion I would have is to include care instructions with every basket so we can keep them looking as good as possible for as long as possible.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
