Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The employee that helped me was very sweet ! The only thing I was upset about was not being offered an upgrade to my vase, I told her I wanted a keepsake vase, if I was offered that, for a little extra, I would have done it ---- Florist's Response: Hi Julia, thank you for sharing your feedback. You ordered a designer's choice - special (lower price as we pick the flowers). You ordered the lowest price designer's choice that does not have an upgraded vase with it. When you called back to speak with Melissa she advised you we don't have an option for the designer's choice. We are sorry about that. We did make it a cheerful arrangement per your request. Thanks for letting us know when you called back that your recipient did like her arrangement. Thanks, Belinda (owner)

I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I chose Amy's Flowers when I googled flower delivery in Sparks! Belinda, the owner, went above and beyond. I decided to call the shop instead of ordering online as I was hoping they could help me select something special for someone who just painfully lost their pet and best friend.
