You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (301) 662-4777, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (301) 662-4777 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I placed my order online and had made a request to have the flowers wrapped instead of placed in a vase. Within minutes of placing my order, the store called to work out the details of what I wanted. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. On the day of pickup, the flowers looked wonderful and were ready upon my arrival. The lovely employee, whose name I didn’t get, was very kind and ensured the flowers were wrapped securely. Overall, a great experience.

Though a nice bouquet, a full bouquet of not what I expected. I expected many more daisy’s, as that is a favorite flower. The only change I asked for was to have blue carnations . But why all the yellow lilies? I really don’t care for lilies. I paid extra too.

Choose a different florist! Don't waste the money here. It looked nothing like the Teleflora photo. What was delivered had a total of four roses. Even if they did not have enough roses to fill the order, they should have either called me and offered an alternative or added other flowers, considering I paid $80. Horrible!

The arrangement you chose was actually $59.99, with a $15 delivery and tax. Because it is a Teleflora product it has a recipe, which actually does call for 4 standard roses. The other smaller roses you see in the picture are spray roses, and we substituted with other flowers because the spray roses we had on hand did not meet our satisfaction to send out for delivery. You may have noticed that on every arrangement listed on our site there is a substitution note, because with flowers sometimes things like this happen. Another note on every arrangement listed: "If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability." However, if we knew on Saturday or Sunday that you were not happy with the arrangement we would have been happy to pick up and replace the arrangement right away. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope you consider choosing us in the future for any flower needs. Thank you and have a great day!

The flowers were very disappointing! They were delivered on Saturday and were already turning brown by yesterday (Sunday), and today the pedals are falling off and they are wilting. For $170 they should have lasted more than a day or 2. I have purchased roses from Costco on many occasions and have never had them look this bad after 2 days! I would upload photos but don't see where that is an option.

Horrible experience, the flowers looked like the picture but the vase had a hole in it. I called amour. They said they would bring another vase. The driver came back and demanded the flowers back. He came back later with another arrangement the flowers in that arrangement didn’t look anything like the original. I called an was took to wait for the flowers opened. Opening flowers wasn’t going to put more flowers in the vase. This is saddening was in the past I could rely on amour for quality service.

Arrangement was way smaller than depicted looked vaguely like the picture but much smaller when delivered and some flowers are already looking wilted after 2 days. When I contacted the seller was told that Teleflora pushes the flowers to the front, BS and credited me $20. Anyway, for more than $100 dollars I expected better. Can't fix a poor service once delivered but I would try elsewhere if looking for a local florist.

Amour Flowers is such an incredible flower shop and their level of service is unparalleled. I was sending my grandmother flowers to let her know she was going to be a great-grandmother - not only did they deliver same day, but when we last minute discovered my grandmother is out of town, they picked up the flowers and said they would deliver a fresh arrangement when she was back in town!

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Amour flowers. I ordered the Teleflora’s Regal Pink Ruby Bouquet and what I received was no where near what I ordered or expected. The bouquet only included 2 roses and was very poorly assembled. I understand that what I ordered will not be an exact match with what is in the picture, but quite frankly it wasn’t even really close.

Not impressed. The flowers were delivered with no card, even though I filled out information for a card. When the recipient received the flowers, naturally she didn't know who they were from, but she thought they were from our group (which was correct) so she sent a picture of the flowers to ask if we had sent them. That's when I saw how different the flowers looked from what I thought I had bought. It's not that flowers had to be substituted, it's that so many flowers were missing. The picture of the flower arrangement I ordered from is packed with flowers bursting out of the vase; the flowers my recipient got are much less dense; there's a lot of space between the flowers. I definitely did not get what I ordered as far as quantity or quality. Wish I could upload a picture to show the difference. I would not recommend using this florist.

I was not satisfied with the sympathy plant that was sent to my friend. I was hoping it looked more like the picture on your website. In the picture, there are more of white flowers which I liked and the plant overall was neat/tidy looking. Not too overbearing. What my friend received had more leafy greens and stems and ferns on the bottom hanging over which made the plant look sloppy. I called in to express my dissatisfaction and I was told that it was probably the way/angle my friend took the picture of her plant why it didn’t look the same as in the picture on the website. It had nothing to do with how the picture was taken. I asked for a discount for a future order but wasn’t granted that. I was told to just ask to have the plant more filled out ☹️

Amour did an excellent job on the flowers and they were very professional, friendly, and helpful. We had ordered flowers for a funeral a few days before. At the last minute that florist called and said they can’t deliver the flowers. I searched online and found Amour, ordered the flowers and everything was taken care of. Amour called me to confirm the order and two hours later they were delivered on time. I will only use Amour for flowers regardless of the occasion.

This place is a joke. I ordered the Oceanside Bouquet (deluxe), it was horrible. I called them and was told it looks bad because they're fresh flowers just give it a day to open up. I cannot give a good/bad reveiw since I did not see the actual flowers that were delivered. I had asked under the delivery request to have a photo taken when delivered so I knew what it actually looked like and if any substitutions were made. I had been thinking all along this one flower company I had been ordering from was delivering the flowers I ordered or substitute like what I ordered and found out at a funeral the flowers I ordered where horrible and nothing close to what I paid for. I was hoping to see what you deliver since I dont know what is the final product without a picture at delivery.

First of all, I am sorry to give this rating. It was a complete inconvenience to use this service.
1. There was no live tracking of the order
2. No defined timelines for delivery
3. I placed the order for flowers before 7am but till the delivery did not happen till 5.30 evening
4. I called the number twice during the day but I didn't get much great response and the person on the call didn't seem helpful. However, when I called in the evening around 5, there was a nice polite lady who helped me with the status

If flowers are ordered that early in the morning, ideally should be dispatched in the morning itself.. Order to delivery took 10hrs which is way too high.

I don't think I will ever order from here again. I failed in creating a special moment through these flowers due to delivery in evening.. this was a very precious moment for me which I ended up just following up and checking again and again for status.

Arrangement was made and delivered same day and the website clearly states that substitutions can be made but of equal quality. The bouquet description is: Crème roses, white asiatic lilies, white stock and beautiful dusty miller Creme roses were replaced with pink, there were a total of 6 lilies (including the two that didn’t open). The stock was replaced with daisies and alstroemeria and the dusty miller replaced with pittosporum variegated greens, etc resulting a very different looking arrangement. The daisies and alstroemeria did not seem like a equal or better choice to replace the stock.

I am so glad I found Amour Florist! I live in Frederick and wanted flowers delivered locally, luckily I found Amour. In our lil way, we have been supporting local businesses and being in NY away from our friends in MD, whose mom had recently passed, we scoured online to find the perfect floral arrangements. We wanted two arrangements, which were about an hour or more away from each other. After hours of going through several websites, we found Amour Florist that was closer to one address, with the intention to look for the other closer to the second address. We really wanted amazing arrangements and decided to wait for the next day to call prior to ordering. Tracy was especially helpful and courteous, and encouraged us to have the delivery on Monday, when they would have fresh flowers. In talking with her about our second arrangement, she offered their service, explaining it was out of their delivery area, but would have another local store closer to the address, do the arrangement/delivery - no extra charge and the other business gets full monetary value. The bouquet was half the size as in the website picture. I don't feel that it was worth the money I payed for it. I do not know if the picture depicted the "premium" grade, but even so it should have been showing the actual size for each "grade" on the website for clarity. The delivery was good, although I asked to leave the flowers on the front porch and they were left on the side door.

For the price paid this arrangement of roses was a disappointment. While they were pretty for Valentine's Day ( one day ) they:

1. Never bloomed or opened up.
2. Every one on day 3 was wilted and the rose bulbs were bent over with the stem crunched at the bend.
3. By day 3 petals were falling off.

The flowers were delivered to my mom on Mother's Day. She was really happy to see them and made her day. She sent a picture of the flowers to me. I ordered an upgraded package and not sure what that would look like. However, the bouquet she got was not FULL like the picture showed. She did get at least a dozen or two of roses however, I expected it to look really full for the price I paid. Otherwise, she was happy with her flowers and that is all that counts.

Well it was poor planning on my part to wait until the last min the day before, but with the rising cost of flowers 4X the normal cost. I also spent 105.00 on a bouquet of flowers that was like an empty vase of loose flowers. I was very disappointed as to what my wife received and how shabby they looked. I spent way to much for what I could have gotten from the grocery store could have looked nicer and cheaper. This review probably will be redacted by the vendor, and I will not see anY compensation for the poor quality.

My mother knows what she likes in Flowers and when I made my custom order the florist satisfied all the special requests I made. Including my specific requests, bold bright colored tropical flowers in contrast with thick green leaves, grasses and twigs in an elegant pot.

My mother said they are absolutely gorgeous. So much so, she wanted to call the florist personally. The florist clearly loves the work based on the creative genius he applied to this arrangement, you could tell he enjoyed crafting the special request which was magnificent. This is the 2nd arrangement to wow my mother, the last was for her 80th birthday in February.

My wife and I were disappointed. I ordered a premium bouquet and although it looks like the picture, it really only represents half the value. I paid greater than $160 including tax and delivery and the value with three roses appears to be ~$75. I know it is Valentines Day holiday and items get marked up but this is short of a ripoff.

Great first experience on a custom arrangement of tropical flowers during winter. It was for my mother's 80th birthday so I wanted it to be special. Mom is a hard person to please with flowers, she is picky while being ever so grateful when she gets a great arrangement. All went well with my ordering online---scheduled for Sunday delivery, and as I was checking on the possible delivery time, got an email stating it would not be delivered until the next day. That was upsetting but was on the phone with a pleasant woman who forwarded my concerns to the shop and within a short time it arrived at my door----great that it made it "on time" for my wife's birthday or I would have been in the doghouse :-)

So thanks so much for the effort as to get it delivered on time, I received multiple emails and calls to assure me things went as planned, and that was a nice touch--good job Amour!

My only very minor "gripe" was that the arrangement, while beautiful and what I pictured it would be, was a bit smaller than I had imagined for the price since I ordered a deluxe upgrade, but that did not greatly diminish the overall experience.

I understand there is a disclaimer when ordering the flowers online and that the received bouquet might not look exactly as pictured. But in my opinion it there was about 1/3 the flowers (and only 3 different types) and everything else was all greens. I was very disappointed in the quality of the arrangement for the $. Nicer flowers at the grocery store which is where I'll get them next time. If I could include a picture of the arrangement I would.

I ordered this bouquet for my Mom for this past Mother's Day, 5-13-18. Unfortunately I waited too late as when I went to place the order, 5-13 was not an option and so I had to schedule for delivery on the 14th. I put in the notes for the order to please try and deliver on 5-13 as it was for Mother's Day. Well, around 1 pm on Mother's Day I got a text from my Mom with the picture of the flowers I had sent. They were beautiful, in my opinion even prettier than the pictured arrangement. My Mom loved them. And I love that Amour Flowers was able to deliver them right on Mother's Day instead of having to wait to the day after. I spent $84 for Deluxe Cherished Friend Bouquet for a friend whose brother had just passed suddenly. Although thankful to receive flowers, I was highly disappointed. The picture my friend sent has about 6 roses and a few really small white flowers. NOTHING like the photo with none of the white flowers pictured (except roses). I do NOT recommend this florist. I was trying to order locally to ensure fresh, beautiful flowers while ordering from the other side of the country. I won't do that again.

I arranged for a delivery on Valentine’s Day for my 94 year-old mother in her nursing home. I wanted this to be special considering her age and the possibility that this could be the last time. I called Amour around 1 to inquire if delivery had been made. A rather harried woman confused my mom with another woman in the nursing home and when mom’s flowers were delivered, the driver insisted the flowers were for mom’s roommate and not mom, which was wrong, and this greatly upset mom because she was certain the flowers were for her. The card I wrote for mom expressing my love for her was not delivered with the flowers. When I called Amour to complain yesterday afternoon I was sent to voicemail and my call has yet to be returned. I feel Amour let my mom down at this critical juncture in her life. If I get another chance to send mom an expensive bouquet, I will not use Amour again. A very poor experience.

For some reason my name was not included/was cut off from the card. I checked the order and I had definitely included it with my message. Not the biggest deal, but this made it kind of made it difficult for the recipient to figure out who the sender was. This is the only the second time I've used Amour Flowers. September of this year I placed an order (with several days notice before delivery) and was called the day of delivery and told certain flowers weren't available for my arrangement due to the time-frame of my purchase. I completely understand substitutions are made in arrangements due to availability. It's just unfortunately that both of my experiences had little hiccups.

Always seems that what you see is not what you get. Just like the fast food commercials, the sandwich doesn't look anything like what you get to eat.

There was not as many flowers in the bouquet as shown in the photo. It was missing all the flowers on the bottom row as photo shows. She was still surprised and excited to get them, but I wish it had more flowers. There was an option to add more flowers, but what I saw in the photo showed plenty, my mistake.

I had a pretty good experience. I put in an order online and then immediately called and gave them a little trouble by trying to rush the delivery. I was "that guy" which I'm sorry about, but they were very helpful.

I could have gone without the cussing though. That is my only criticism. The lady on the phone said "d@#n" at least once or maybe twice. I know that's not the worst but it doesn't look good and you guys deserve to look the best.

They have so many beautiful arrangements so reasonably priced that it was hard to choose. On a very tight budget, I ordered the Summer Special. I put in some requests and they did an AMAZING job! They were even delivered same day and only a couple of hours after placing the order! I ordered them for my sister for her birthday and she absolutely loved them. She sent me pictures and I could not believe the arrangement. It was PERFECT and I only paid $50. I looked at many other places online and am so thankful to have come across this one. Any future orders for my family in Frederick will definitely be through Armour Flowers. Thank you so so much for helping to make my sister feel so special on her birthday!!!

We are quite disappointed in the "Arrive in Style" bouquet we received from Amour. It looked more like a small nosegay than an upgraded bouquet. We bought it for my mother's birthday and we embarrassed to give it to her. We have had several deliveries from Amour recently and all have been beautiful--with the exception of this one. We called, but were told that was the correct size. We were quite disappointed..

The flowers I had sent to my friend do not look anything like this bouquet nor is it a full as the picture shown. I added comments in the special requests section and non of it was followed. If you have a special requests section and cannot meet the requests...SAY SOMETHING! I am not happy with the bouquet I ordered at all! It looks like a 5 year old put it together. Certainly not worth what I paid. I would like a refund. Thank you.
