The arrangement was elegant. The flowers were fresh and full. The delivery was on time. We are very happy with the arrangement and service.
We noticed that there was a card on the arrangement with the deceased name on, but the card was not opened by the family. One suggestion is that may be the envelope can be removed and just display the message by itself.

Amore Dolce did not let down. I purchased a bouquet online for delivery. The day before delivery they sent me a picture of the bouquet and advised that they were ready. The day after, once delivered, they advised me of the delivery. Amore Dolce are easy to work with, they keep you updated and their prices are fair.

The flower arrangement I got for a friend was beautiful. She loved it. She said she started crying when she read the note and realized the flower arrangements were for her. I called literally 25 minutes before closing time. And customer service was terrific. They stood over helped me settle my arrangement picked it out and they delivered it for me after closing hours so that speaks volumes I would recommend, Amor Dolce Flowers. For your flower spot. My friend was very impressed so if you’re trying to make a good impression, that’s your spot.

Ordered flowers for delivery on mother's day
Flowers were delivered early and absolutely perfect.
The recipient shared that the flowers looked droopy when she received the arrangement. Some flowers never opened and all flowers wilted in less than a week. The recipient felt that the arrangement was not worth the money spent.

I ordered this heart wreath online at 3pm on Thursday for delivery the next day by 11am. The wreath was absolutely gorgeous, even more so in person! I was sent a photograph of the finished product and again when it was delivered. Amore Dolce is my go to florist from now on. It’s the first time I’ve left a 3 star rating since I started ordering flower arrangements from this company. I have always rated it 5 stars but not sure if they are getting busier that they don’t provide the same details as they once did. In the past I would be sent a picture of the arrangement before delivery- to guarantee I am satisfied with arrangement. I sent a message to- what I assume is the owner/manager- asking if they no longer provide that service but have yet to receive an answer. The delivery did not go as smoothly as it has in the past. I received a text message from the delivery driver stating she was at the address I provided but no one was answering the door. I was at a doctors appointment- my phone was on silent- I was not able to hear my phone when she called since I had not replied due to being at my appointment. Had I not returned the call and would have assumed she was at the correct address, I would have had her just leave them at door step. I called her to apologize for not responding to her text, wanted to make sure she was still at address. She lets me know she is at the church- the address I gave- which was incorrect on her behalf. I said to her; that is not the address I gave. It turns out when she typed in address, she selected an incorrect address that was a suggestion to what she typed. Had I not called her and would have just agreed for her to leave arrangement at door step, my sister would have not received her flowers. They should pay close attention to what they input while typing in customers addresses.

I received picture of the basket for approval and the staff were kind when they called to verify everything looked good. The basket and flowers were bigger and more beautiful than expected. We are not local but chose your shop because you are local to the recipients. We were taking a risk by ordering a custom bouquet sight unseen, but it was a risk that turned out great! The phone interactions with staff were helpful and informative. We especially appreciated the extra step of sending a photo of the final arrangement the night before delivery--that thoughtful gesture replaced our trepidations of broken promises with excitement at the beautiful bouquet the recipients would soon receive. Ordered a nice sympathy arrangement to be delivered at Rose Hills and the customer service was outstanding from the first phone call through the perfect delivery. The delivery was handled with care. They even made an effort to shield the flowers from the rain, and text me when they were at their destination. Not a very good experience. I placed an order online specifically to the store on greanleaf out of convenience due to the stores closing time which online says 8pm , both the Apple Maps and the website say 8pm. I placed an order at 8 am, called to confirm at 9:30, told them I would pick up at 5:30, the receptionist says, “im just going to put 5”. I get there at 5:30 no one is there, I call and they tell me my flowers are at the Montebello location. Which makes me drive 20 minutes and lose my dinner reservation. Not only did it make me late but they called me in the middle of dinner to tell me they gave me the wrong bouquet. Not one time in this entire process was I offered some type of compensation for the stress, extra drive or errors on their part. This was my second time ordering with them and it makes me skeptical to order again.
I can’t say enough good things about this flower shop. First off, placing an order online is very practical. They have a great selection and don’t overprice, seems very reasonable. I placed my first order when I sent my daughter sunflowers for her birthday. They sent a picture via text once the flower arrangement was ready to be delivered, which is great because I am always skeptical about the arrangement presentation and the quality. Many friends of mine have sent me flowers on different occasions. I send them a picture of the flowers, thanking them, only for them to say that is not what they ordered. Which is why is such a huge deal for Amore Dolce to send a picture of arrangement before delivery. My daughter was on a zoom call, therefore was unable to answer the door at time of delivery. The person that delivered the flowers, sent me a text notification with a picture of where the flowers were left since my daughter didn’t get to answer the door. She absolutely loved her sunflowers, her favorite flower, she was brought to tears. From the beginning to the end, Amore Dolce provided amazing customer service. I did place another order today since I was so happy with the quality of their service and product. I hope today goes just as smoothly. I live in Palm Springs, makes me happy to know I am able to send my family and friends flowers from a dependable flower shop that does delivery’s.

This is my favorite flower shop! It’s local and their quality is fantastic! I always walk in and purchase a dozen of roses and I’m always mesmerized of how beautiful and expensive they look. I ordered delivery because I had a surgery and can’t drive, I was a bit sad and disappointed that the roses looked old and dry. It’s never happened before? I will continue purchasing from there because I hope it was just an accident and hope this won’t happen again.

It was kind of disappointing..the flower decoration I chose did not look the same as I picked . The base !!!, and the green flower wasn't the same size as the pic. The green flowers is what caught my attention to order this specific flower decoration. with the other (greens that decorated the flowers. We're also not visible..

The flowers were ordered for delivery on Valentine’s Day. The flowers were delivered after hours in the evening despite ordering a week in advance. Sent the shop multiple messages to express my disappointment and request recourse and I have received no response.
The essence of sending flowers on Valentine’s Day is to convey warmth, joy, and love, but receiving them at the end of the day detracted from the intended sentiment. This was compounded by the fact that we were out to dinner so my wife didn’t even see her flowers until 8 pm by which time the impact of the gesture had been greatly diminished.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but as a premium service, I expected better communication and coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
I am a frequent customer of this flower shop and have only ordered premium-tier products to great satisfaction. This experience has tarnished my confidence in Amore Dolce, and I am left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

The flowers I ordered looked exactly like they did in the picture. There were no last-minute, inferior substitutions of any of the flowers. I ordered the entire arrangement online with only a few extra instructions, which were all followed to the letter. This arrangement is worth every penny. The only change I would suggest is that this flower shop move closer to my house so I could use them more often. They were wonderful. I would definitely recommend Amore Dolce Flowers.

Beautiful product exactly like the photo! Delivered on time and received a photo of the final result a few hours before delivery. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the email that came through saying flowers were successfully delivered was a few hours off from when they were actually delivered. That only matters if you had a specific time you wanted them delivered by. But in my case, it didn’t matter too much. Just for future customers to be aware of. But beautiful flowers and amazing company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A few tulips had mold on the petals. One in particular was very moldy. The person who received them pointed it out and I could see it, which was sort of embarrassing but oh well just wish they would not have used those flowers. I get there's an "upgrade" to receive "the best pick" of flowers but this was an $88 purchase I wouldn't expect moldy flowers.

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the flower arrangement that was delivered for a funeral. Do not be fooled by their photographs of arrangements as your flower arrangement will be a cheap version of the photograph. I even had them add flowers to make it look closer to the photograph and it still looked cheap. They filled it out with fern and very few small white, delicate flowers were used. The lilies were already wide open and not the same type of lily was used. It ended up looking like a cliche funeral bouquet and not the beautiful arrangement in the photograph. When you pay a premium for flower delivery, for something as important as a funeral you want your recipient to receive what you ordered not a cheap version. Very disappointing.

I am SO disappointed and angered by this company. I ordered Valentine's Day flowers over 2 weeks ago and have the email confirmation of the order. Order has already been paid. This was supposed to be a surprise flower delivery for my wife who's celebrating her first year as a mother. I had to work so I couldn't bring it to her directly.
It is now the end of the day and NO flowers have arrived. Basically ruined any resemblance of a surprise, let alone anything to make her feel special.
It's impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone. Called 20+ times and when I finally reached someone, they assured me the flowers would be on its way within a few hours. Now here we are, no flowers. Nothing. Still tried to reach them again and of course no one picks up the phone.
I understand the chaos of valentine's day but if you can't fulfill orders then don't take them. Thanks for nothing.

The item pictured is much fuller than the arrangement delivered. The website gave three options for this arrangement at three price points. The least expensive indicated the arrangement would be as pictured - it was not. The arrangement was cute, but it didn't look anywhere near as robust as the picture. Additionally, the basket was broken at the bottom and the flowers, specifically the small roses, were dead and brown within 24 hours of delivery. Finally, the flowers were not delivered until late afternoon to a business address. Probably my fault for not asking what time the delivery would be when I ordered the flowers (I ordered them well in advance.) I texted the merchant to inquire about when the flowers would be delivered. The response was "the driver will text you" which was done, but they did not answer the question. I was concerned that the business would close before the flowers were delivered. Overall, I was disappointed - what I received was not worth what I paid.

I live in Bay Area, so this Tuesday I ordered amore bouquet for my aunt’s birthday at the More Dolce Flowers website because the location of this shop is close to my aunt's house. When the bouquet was ready to delivery yesterday morning, I received two photos from the shop. The amore bouquet looked pretty and very fresh, but the colors of the tulips were not the same color as the photo at the shop’s website. Later the amore bouquet was delivered to my aunt's house around 10ish yesterday morning. My aunt told me that her birthday bouquet did not fresh as the photos looked. She told me, and I quote, 'Flowers look beautiful, but they were prepared since last night, not this morning, and a few of tulips are getting drier and the colors are getting lighter. That's why the bouquet does not look fresh and a few of tulips are dry to die.' I don't understand why the photos I received before delivery looked good except colors not match the website, but the bouquet which was delivered at the aunt’s house turned to be not fresh within about 30 minutes. So I don't recommend anyone to choose the delivery service. But I might go to this flower shop in person in the future.

Although the bouquet is very pretty, it looks Nothing like what I asked for! And I selected the "custom order" option too. I asked for the white mesh wrapping paper to be inside the brown wrapping paper and I asked for purple and white roses with a few white lily's and some tulips with neon green fillers (you only got the neon green fillers done correctly) Also I asked for a purple ribbon! I wanted the color purple to stand out more........ instead you guys gave me a bouquet with 4 Pink roses with a few Orange and Yellow roses which makes the neon green stand out more and the pink! Plus the ribbon is pink and the white mesh wrapping paper is on the outside! Not to mention you forgot to put in my note. All in all, I was feeling 50/50 about my experience with this flower shops service.....
I understand flowers are seasonal and sometimes you may not have exactly what I ask for but you could of called me or texted me and let me know the bouquet was gonna be all replacements before creating the bouquet! The entire experience was straight forward, quick and easy. They will text you an image of your order once they complete it, I guess shortly before delivering. I ordered Saturday and got my text image Monday morning about an hour or so before delivery around 11:00 AM. Price was competitive, arrangement excellent. Delivery was below average. The delivery person did call me to ask if it was OK to leave flowers on the porch? I would have preferred they ring the door bell and step 6 feet back to ensure my Mother got the flowers. She was home and did not discover the flowers until later that evening. The flowers were pretty wilted by then.
From my first call and to their website i was impressed. Their flowers are beautiful and they send a photo before they deliver them. I used other florist and what you order on the web is not what gets delivered but thats not the case here. They are excellent in all areas from customer service to the selection of flowers.

I called them and they corrected the mistake without any hassle. My friend loved the flowers and i did too (myamoreflowers sent me a picture of them before they were delivered). I wanted to send a plant or flowers to my husbands Aunt who is in a Care Home in Pico Rivera CA.. I don't know the area, but took a chance on Amore Dolce Flowers, and I am so glad I did. They only had 1 small purple Orchid & plant combo that evening when I called, it was nice, and they offered it at a lower rate and were even willing to take it to her Care Home late that night, but I waited for Monday, and the fresh batch had a beautiful big Purple Orchid & green Plant combo and they added at no extra charge, darling little birds. The Orchids come in purple or white, but thought the purple were add a little color to her care home room. They sent me a photo of what they were going to delivery, before they did it, then after they delivered it, they sent me a text, email and phone call. They were very efficient. The price of the beautiful Orchid & Plant was very reasonable, as was the delivery charge. I was very happy with the entire experience. I would use them again. I have ordered plants and flowers from other florist in different cities before, and they are never as nice as the photo and they charged me triple what Amore Dolce Flowers did. I must say, I was VERY impressed. The delivery was RIGHT on time. The flowers were unbelievable. They looked WAY better than what I paid for. And the personalized note was exactly what I asked for. They knew just what I wanted and I did it all online. I will recommend to all my friends. Other people in our facility had also ordered flowers for their wives on valentines day, but mine were the largest and most impressive of all of them, by far. Not that its a competition or anything, but it still helped and was fun.

Web site said it was too late so I placed my order for the following delivery day (Saturday). I immediately got a call from the flower shop letting me know the vase I ordered was not available and asked if I would be ok with a substitute vase. I said yes and asked if there was any way I could get my order delivered that same night. She asked her delivery person and they said yes. To put things into perspective, I placed my order after 6pm and by 8pm, my mom called me to thank me for the gorgeous flowers. I was blown away. They were so kind and accommodating. As advertised, for a premium price you’ll add extra blooms of best quality. I was disappointed to see what I got. I don’t think for that extra $25 I paid it was the best quality blooms I could’ve received. And the container, although mentioned that it wasn’t a guaranteed to get the same as the picture indicated, was at best average. Honestly expecting a bit more upgrade for the “Premium” price. I can sent you a photo of what my girl received if there’s a way to add an image on this review. Will try and do so in Yelp.

The flowers were not as pictured. I was disappointed. The delivery did not go very smoothly. They also did not provide t the message I wrote online so the person I was sending it to did not know who it was from and why I was sending flowers.

The flowers were pretty, but didn't look quite like the picture. The lilies were extremely big in the arrangement and overpowered the other flowers.
I don't normally write reviews but I had to on this occasion. I ordered flowers for my friend's Mom after she came home from the hospital. She shared a photo of the actual arrangement and it was SO much better than the photo. Great job and both my friend and I highly recommend. The value left us both impressed.
The delivery and flowers were great, only thing I didn't really like was that my messege was written by someone with not that good of a writing , I thought it would be neater
