I paid extra to get the "deluxe" version of the Exquisite Beauty. While the colors matched and the quality of the flowers that my mother received were nice, the bouquet was definitely not the "deluxe" version I paid for. I was left a bit disappointed when my mother sent me a picture of the bouquet she received. I don't think I will spent the extra money ordering the deluxe next time.

A cheerful, lovely bouquet for our daughter’s birthday. Often with delivered flowers, the actual bouquet is much smaller and less full/vibrant than the pictures on the website. Not so with Amanda’s! The bouquet was generous and full, with healthy bright flowers. And they went the extra mile to ensure she’d be home for delivery, which I really appreciated. This is our second bouquet with Amanda’s and certainly won’t be our last!! Thank you!

The photo of the tri-colored blooms and pretty variegated leaves caught my eye. What got delivered was 2 orange kalanchoes and 1 peach, along w/ an ivy plant. So the visual was 'Meh'. ..I know florist use what is in stock etc. But this was sad looking.

What I ordered (based on picture on website) was not what was delivered. I chose the Enchanted cottage for all of the Purples (my daughter’s favorite color) and abundance of roses. What was delivered was much smaller, fewer roses and only 1 questionable purple flower and all the rest pinks (daughter’s least favorite color) not to mention all in seemingly cheaper flower choices (carnations and daisies?). For the money, this was very disappointing and will influence my choice of florist for future arrangement purchases.

are professionally done). That's the reason we never send pictures, it never capture the natural beauty of flowers,
angles are always different.
We added more than needed flowers, to make your daughter's arrangement was full and beautiful for $65
The arrangement on website is mostly white with purple, and those were the colors we used, It had hydrangea and more
than six small white roses, white gerbera daisies and bright lavender carnations and daisies (there are no cheaper flowers anymore).
Forgot to mention that the floral prices have gone to the roof, and $65 is our minimum order.

I'm not able to paste the photo in this review, but it was disappointing and the vase was half this size, no Astromelia's or other fillers or any design - it looked like flowers were just stuck in the very small vase. Could not have had a better experience! I was out of town and needed to order a last-minute sympathy bouquet. I placed the order online the evening before, which was seamless, and the next morning spoke with Amanda about a change in delivery plans which she was happy to accommodate. She was very patient with my decision to provide only my phone number and not the recipient's, even though it caused her a bit of hassle. And the recipient loved the flowers, which were gorgeous and cheering.

The inscription on the card did not match the one I specified. It was actually missing 2 words which then rendered it looking nonsensical and carelessly written. It also had the first letter of every single word capitalized. It made it look like it was written by a second grader. I was sick over it. The card was to express my sympathy to a friend that just had to have her beloved dog of 12 years euthanized. The card delivered with the arrangement looked like I had carelessly scribbled nonsense. I was stunned that something as important as a card inscription was transcribed with such little care, especially in the case of a sympathy arrangement.
The card was supposed to read “Sorry for you and Tasha. Will was the bestest boy. He will be missed. With love from Andre and Johnnelle
Instead, it read “Sorry For You Tasha. Will Was The Bestest Boy. With Love Andre And Johnnelle”.
Note rhat the inscription IS exactly correct in the order confirmation email. The error occurred at the florist when the card was carelessly prepared. Images of both the specified inscription and the card delivered have been sent as replies to both the order confirmation email and the delivery confirmation email.

I received a picture from my daughter of the flowers she received that I ordered for her.
I was so very disappointed at the picture she showed which is in no way similar to the picture of the bouquet I thought I was ordering except for the selection of flowers. I paid a lot of money for a bouquet I could have purchased at a grocery store. I am a professional gardener and know the difference between a full and exceptional bouquet and a handful of flowers.
I cannot recommend the fulfillment of my order through Amanda.

We apologized for the non delivery for flowers going to a wake service. Our new member of the team, over looked the website order and never processed it. A lesson; for people ordering funeral flowers, please double check with florist to make sure flower orders was received and will be delivered.

I only saw the flowers on your website and then from a photo sent to me in the UK by my daughter Joanne. Although my daughter was happy with them I felt that for the amount paid they didn't look quite as beautiful. I do appreciate the cost of flowers may be higher in the USA and of course there is the delivery charge. The delivery was very good and overall I was pleased. Thank you

My very first experience with Amanda's Flowers was nothing short of amazing. I picked something out from their website and upgraded it to premium. I needed it delivered in a few hours so i called. The woman was very nice and super accommodating ensuring me she would have it delivered on time. Not to mention i asked for my additional blooms to be a mix of roses and Gerber daisies since its my wife's favorite flowers. I only had one shot to get this special occasion right. The arrangement was gorgeous and they did exactly what i asked.
