I ordered a hydrangea and didn’t get something comparable. I received email about the change but wasn’t given an option. The basket plant was unimpressive with a RED checkered bow and it was for a funeral

I am very sorry you were disappointed with the planter that was sent. We did try to contact you several times to allow you to have a choice in a plant. The funeral was the next morning. Instead of refunding your order we chose a planter basket with a variety of plants. I wish we would’ve been able to reach you before the service. We did get some gorgeous hydrangeas in on Thursday. If you would like for us to exchange the plants we would be more than happy to do so.

Always in Season Florist was a breeze to order from! I needed to send my mother-in-law flowers for Mother’s Day. I placed my order that Friday via their website and it was delivered the very next day. I gave special instructions for delivery and they were followed to a Tee. I was notified before and after delivery and the updates gave me peace of mind. My MIL absolutely LOVED her hanging basket. She said it was much bigger and prettier than others she had received in the past. I will definitely choose this florist for my next order.

You informed me that you didn’t have the flowers when I placed my order. I said to please make it full and pretty for my friend for her birthday. She needed an extra touch due to some personal stressors. She sent me a picture of what she got and I was very disappointed in the first colors and bow, and NOT being full of my original picture that I ordered. No way those she received was the cost I paid! While I received notice of delivery, the recipient never notified me- quite unusual.
The flowers were left on a back porch with the card stuck in the door.
When the recipient's phone number is provided, they should have been notified where to find the flowers.
So glad I called the shop the next day and they could find out where the order was left. Very disappointed and after 24 hours outside.....well.....

The workers were very friendly but I ordered you’re in my heart and upgraded it twice and in the photo you can count 25+ roses it came with 8 looked like a 10$ bundle from Kroger instead of a 90$ special order

The flowers looked similar but it did not have red roses or a pink vase. What was sent was daisy flowers with pink and white carnations in a clear vase. My Aunt was not disappointed however I was expecting the floral arrangement to look as the picture. That was what I paid for and it wasn't sent.

The arrangement was sent to the wrong house. Luckily the wrong house knew the recipient and was able to get them to her. They said the delivery person did not knock they just put the flowers on the porch and left. It was windy that day so the flowers were knocked over and a couple stems were broken. But my friend did receive the flowers and although there were a couple broken flowers, she was happy and said they were beautiful.

The lady went above beyond her duty. I ordered kind of late online Friday night 6:30 or 7 and asked for delivery Saturday. When she was out of carnations that I had ordered she called me, and I gave her my preferences and we figured out what she would put in place of my order. The delivery needed to happen in the morning or the family would b gone to their father and grandfathers calling hours in the community where he had spent alot of his, but now was 2 1/2 hrs Away. Anyway she said she knew the family and asked about our travel ECT. I told her if everyone was gone till the flower delivery

I ordered a floral vase for my best friend & was excited to see same day delivery on the website. My friend moved from Ohio to KY recently & I spoke with a rep via phone who confirmed it would be delivered by 2pm same day.. but my friend retrieved nothing from her porch or mailbox. The flowers that were delivered were beautiful. And she was happy. However the Roses did not look anything like the picture of what I was ordering for my friend. She received regular roses, that were a salmon color. The picture was tulip roses. And there was no eucalyptus branches in the arrangement. Just babies breath. I received a call about delivery. And it was not mentioned that you did not have what I was wanting/ordering.

Unfortunately I didn't get to see the arrangement intact, Upon picking it up at the service the recipient had it fall apart out of the lid and had to pick up the mess it made, I give 4 star rating based upon delivery, and the arrangement was beautiful and alot nicer (much more flowers) then pictured according to recipient. Just recommend better attachment so it will hold together. Served it's purpose, just would have been nicer for recipient had it stayed together for longer enjoyment..She did love the candle choice. Was told they did not have the flowers for what I ordered as pictured. I ask for fresh cut flowers to be added to a live basket to equal the price of the white basket( was offered a 35-45 substitute). What was sent was very dark in color with only 3 or 4 fresh cut . Very disappointed as it did not at all compare to the 58 price I will be charged.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
