Always Flower Cafe

Purchased a tulip bouquet to be delivered for Mother’s Day. It was delivered with care and was so beautiful my mom loved them. Living in Texas and being able to trust a florist to deliver flowers to your loved one locally in California is truly amazing.

They exceeded my expectations!!! The flowers were fresh and beautiful; they put an extra cute bow on the vase, which they matched with the foil flower balloon ( I thought I only ordered latex balloon, but they upgraded it!) What’s more touching is they have handwritten my message on the card! My mom loved her gorgeous delivery, and felt very special! Thanks so much… Will definitely order again!!!!

100%/100%!!!! I ordered a corsage last minute for my child’s prom. Requested a different color and ribbon to match my child’s outfit and the owner surely was able to make my request happen. Our email correspondence and phone conversations was an ease! Will definitely order again! Thank you for the ease of communication and able to provide what I requested!

My experience with Always Flower Cafe was very pleasant. Some of the flowers needed for my bouquet did not arrive in their morning delivery and my bouquet would not be delivered on the desired date. They upgraded my online order to premium at no extra cost for the inconvenience without me even asking. The bouquet came out big and beautiful! Communication was good throughout the process. Great customer service I've had in awhile.

Competitive pricing. You don’t have to break the bank to have quality flowers delivered. Arrangement was as pictured. Girlfriend loved the surprise. The hand written note was the cherry on top. I will order my flowers here from now on. Great work

Very disappointed the flowers looked like nothing in the picture the vase wasn’t even the same color in the picture it was yellow not clear, on top of everything they didn’t arrive till 6:30 just disappointed overall I will never buy flowers from here I felt robbed $130 dollars should have been $30 dollars the way they presented I love supporting local businesses but not this one!!! Hello Juan thanks for your review as I pride my shop typically for paying attention to detail and putting out our best ! It wasn’t to my knowledge how much you payed I just grabbed it for delivery. I hired help just for that day so i apologize if the quality wasn’t good. I remember meeting you and if you would have addressed it then I would have corrected the issue. As far as delivery times go it was Valentine’s Day so we didn’t have a specific delivery time. We deliver up until 8 PM unless you specify clearly and there’s an extra charge for early delivery so overall I just wanna say I’m sorry that you feel you had a negative experience so I did refund you $100 since you said you felt the quality was worth about $30. Take care

The customer service was incredibly personable and friendly. They exceeded expectations and delivered the wellness bouquet/balloons to my friend within a day. Much appreciated!
