Flowers were delivered to my friend on time, day after I ordered. However, I don’t believe I got what I ordered.
My note specifically mentioned her favorite color was purple and flower was the Peruvian lily and to please make sure they were included. I chose this arrangement because it was both purple and full of Peruvian lilies on the site. From the picture I received from her, I see a lot of pink, I only see one Peruvian lily still waiting to bloom, and it’s much more fluff than flowers. I am comparing to the image online that was full of actual flowers but still accented with greenery. It looks like the rose color was swapped, and instead of making sure the Lillie’s were included, they were essentially excluded. I understand that the flowers will not always look exactly as online, but I believe reasonable expectation is to stay in the proper color scheme and not go against notes from a customer (at least not without a call to the customer in case it cannot be accommodated).
I order from local florists regularly for friends’ birthdays across the country, and until now it has worked out better than going online to the likes of 1-800-flowers, but this time is unfortunate. I would love to get the correct bouquet delivered to her to fix this.

In my long career as florist I have had the opportunity to attend successfully great events as weddings, proms, social gathers, anniversaries among others and my flowers has receive standing applauses and recognitions. It is true, not every person going to appreciate our creations or designs, and this people needs to express their discomfort, they are our clients and they always will be respected and listened up and, if there is something that I can do to make them happier, I will.... but, in this case it is not possible for me anymore. You just needed to call me.
It was not necessary you write a poor and I should say a false review as you did and try to damage my impeccable reputation - for what I work so hard every day -
On Saturday 08/23, I went early in the morning to the wholesale to buy the freshest flowers for this particular and beautiful purple design that you picked and for which you paid, $65.00.
I bought 1 bunch of purple (lavender not available) peruvian lilies - in buds to give them the time to bloom at your friend's home you should call her now and check it out - $7.95 (10 stems), 1 bunch stock lavender $11.95 (10 stems), 1 bunch stock purple $11.95 (10 stems), 6 lavender roses $24.00, touch of baby breath and assorted greenery as 4 leather leaves, 5 italian ruscus, 3 aspidistrus $13.00, purple statice $6.50, Purple FTD cilindric vase $8.00. Once I arrived to my shop, I started to prepare all my orders for that day. Taking all the elements to create yours, I proceeded to design it, I used 8 stems of purple peruvian lilies with 4 or 5 flowers each stem - just to make sure the design is full of these precious flowers as you requested - 6 lavender roses, stocks purple and lavender to balance the color scheme as this design needs and completed the creation with purple statice and lush greens to keep the garden style. It become a - larger than the picture display - beautiful and aromatic bouquet prepared specially for your friend.
I am a client as well when not in my business, and it is weird but when this kind of things happen to me in my heart is never the intention to hurt people with a bad review that stay forever in their records. I prefer contact them and see if we can find a solution together.
Believe me having a business is not easy, but when you do whatever makes you happy, everything is worth it.

I am happy with the arrangement; however, I was expecting a dark purple, square base and received a mason jar that looks like it either has been filled with purple colored water or a very light purple hue. For the cost, I expected a nice vessel.

If you are not appreciating the effort, because the additional greenery was not include in the price you paid for it, it is sad. When my sister received these and sent me a photo, they were perfect. My sister was so thrilled with the flowers and delivery as they were handed to her with a “Happy Birthday”. I was dissatisfied with my experience using this florist. I ordered a mothers day bouquet prior to mothers day. I called the business the same day as the order to confirm what time my bouquet would be available. I was told to pick up my purchase between 9:00-5:00pm. I arrived on sunday at 9:30am to find out that my bouquet was not processed OR made. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be completed. would not use this florist again
