Excellent customer service and the arrangement I ordered was just like the picture but better! I order from this florist a couple times a year and I’m never disappointed only always pleased and amazed at their consistency with the service of all aspects of their business…website user friendly, customer service, quality of the design and freshness of the product and also the friendliness of the delivery driver. Very happy customer!!!

I ordered my pastel colors arrangement online but wanted to move the delivery up a day. I called the shop and the person that answered the phone was so nice, helpful and accommodating. The recipient sent a picture of the flowers and they were really lovely.

I ordered the Sunset Sky bouquet, deluxe, from Alpine Artistic Florist for my mother's birthday. I wanted to ensure the florist was actually in Alpine and not a place the "services Alpine". I was happy to find a local florist to create the bouquet and even happier with the flowers my mother received. Mom was thrilled with the bouquet and sent me a couple of photos. The flowers were delivered on time and in great condition.
I will definitely order from here again.

Not only were the flowers spectacular the customer service was very impressive. I bought my mom a bouquet at 3 p.m. to be delivered the next day. I accidentally forgot to put my mom's apartment number on the delivery as to which they called me when attempting to deliver and went out of their way to go back and deliver once I got back in touch. Well my mother seemed to love them but she wouldn't know the difference. While ordering the flowers the website says it would be delivered just like the picture, which was not true at all. The vase ended up being round, and some of the flowers weren't pink and white mixed, just all white with 3 pink flowers. I specifically ordered the ones i did because i knew my mom would love them, but its incorrect. I was told a lie about what it would look like when delivered. I have a picture of the delivered flowers as well. Pretty disappointing.

We are glad that your Mom loved her flowers and that we were able to arrange the delivery schedule, per your request, so that she received them in the morning on Mother's Day. We apologize that the alstromeria did not open to be pale pink as pictured in the "Sincerely Yours" arrangement on our website. We are happy to make this up to you by delivering a surprise bouquet to your mom as soon as we are able to get the light pink alstromeria from the grower. Regarding the vase, we do have this statement in the description of the product " (vase style may vary pending availability at time of order) " since we cannot always get exactly the container pictured especially on very busy holidays. Again, thank you for taking time to write the review. We appreciate all feedback from our customers and we hope that your Mom will be pleasantly surprised with a second arrangement and note of apology that the altromeria was not pink in the first one.

When I called to confirm delivery, the florist informed that the bouquet was on its way, and since the delivery had been delayed to late afternoon, she had added additional flowers to compensate. Terrible. What was received looks nothing like what I ordered. I could have done better with grocery store flowers...for much cheaper. Person on the phone was not very courteous and offered to only pick it up which is not even remotely a good solution for a gift I sent someone. Very disappointing.
