This being the very unfortunate first time I have had to place an order for sympathy flowers, I was operating in the unknown. However, fortunately I was able to call All Seasons Florist and ask all the questions I needed to clarify. Keri was extremely helpful, understanding and patient. I was able to place the order the day before the event and felt very comfortable leaving the delivery in their hands. Keri informed me she would call the facility where the flowers were to be delivered and confirmed the time of the event and best time for the delivery. I was shocked at the size of the arrangement, it is fun sized and stands about 7” tall, using miniature flowers. Actually caused some embarrassment after flying into town a few days after Valentines Day and seen them on the table, realizing they were the flowers I had ordered from a florist and not some complimentary toy flowers……. My mom is in Yuma, AZ for her birthday this year. So I searched a local florist in the area to have flowers delivered. This is where I landed. I chose to give her the lavender love. Because she does love purple. However, the vase was the same as the photo, some of the flowers were not. But they did keep their word, due to availability, they would get the bouquet closes to as shown. My mom was in love!! She raved how beautiful they were. So thank you!

I ordered this arrangement for my mom and her partner as a Christmas gift as I am in Canada and they are in Yuma. When nobody was home to accept the arrangement the delivery lady went out of her way to call me and let me know they were sitting outside in the shade but should be brought in as soon as possible. I was then able to contact my mom and she collected the arrangement from a different location, I HAD GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS! Had she not called me they would have never received them. Please make sure that lady is reimbursed for her call, I don't think she knew she was calling Canada. Merry Christmas!

I ordered a teddy bear because that is what shows on the website and my wife got a giraffe size of a penny, chocolates were too small, 4 chocolates in a box, all of this for $77. Never ordering from here again. If you are going to deliver a giraffe please put that on the website.
