Established in 1990, family owned and operated and still located in the same location, 3428 Oak Lawn Ave, since it opened! Emily Robinson was lucky enough to purchase All Occasions Florist in 2014 and has loved it ever since. You could say that Emily’s involvement with All Occasions Florist was destined from birth, as her mother received flowers from All Occasions Florist the day she was born! When you use All Occasions Florist, you are getting more than just a great flower arrangement, you are getting a personal touch that you don’t find a lot in today’s market. At All Occasions Florist we feel it is important to get to know our customers. All Occasions Florist wants each arrangement made to reflect your personality and our passion for floristry. The flowers that came did not look like the preview at all. It was 90% pink roses, and had no tulips! The entire reason I purchased was for the tulips. It was also delivered to the wrong location, I had to go find them and deliver them to her myself at 11 PM. Very disappointed with the service, not worth the $100+.

Hit the mark for my anniversary. Delivered on time and beautiful. I called several hours after ordering for an ETA the staff was courteous and quick verified it was already out for delivery. if you are in need of same day delivery highly recommend. All Occasions Florist did an outstanding job in getting the arrangement delivered to Children's Hospital Dallas. I was on the phone in meetings as the delivery driver was trying to call as he was having difficulties with the delivery (learned this from his voice mail he left me). He persisted in getting the flowers delivered and did succeed! He did an outstanding job. All Occasions did an excellent job preparing the arrangement! I will certainly use them again.

I paid to upgrade the bouquet so that the roses were more plentiful. However the bouquet came with limited roses and a couple flowers that appear to be tulips that were unopened. So it was a little disappointing to pay for an upgrade and not to feel like you got what you paid for.

I wasn’t wowed by the custom bouquet. I put in my request with a budget of $50-75 and they didn’t even try to come in below my max budget of $75. I asked for soft pink palette for a friend who just had a baby girl. I called after placing the order online and talked to the florist about which types of flowers I wanted to be included in the bouquet. When I arrived to pick up the bouquet, it didn't include all the flowers we discussed. I had to remind the florist about the light pink Stock flowers she told me would be included. The florist then grabbed some purple stock to add to my pink bouquet. She argued with me about it being purple versus pink. It doesn’t matter whether you call it pink or purple, the point was that I as the customer didn’t like the look of the color of flower she was trying to add to the bouquet. I ended up just giving up because it wasn’t worth a fight and didn’t look that bad but it left a bad taste in my mouth. On a positive note, they were able to turn around my custom bouquet quickly (ordered on Wednesday night) and it was 95% ready when promised (by noon on Friday). She just had to add in the Stock flowers I mentioned to complete the bouquet but that didn’t take too long.
I also did not like that they asked for a tip for the florist on their online checkout page. I am paying for the flowers as well as for the design skills of the florist. I don’t think tipping is appropriate for a professional service like this and it annoyed me that they would even ask.

Sadly, my experience was terrible. My friend, who just got finished having surgery for cancer, received somebody else’s flowers with somebody else’s note. The flowers were not as nice as the ones I ordered for her, and obviously the note was to somebody else.

They loved it, and when I saw it later it looked really great. The roses were especially nice compared to some from Tom Thumb I almost bought instead. Very pleased. Wish the florist could have used more roses and more of the dark pink/magenta shade flowers for this arrangement and paid attention to the quality of the flowers used - wilted and creased/crimped petals made this arrangement look less than the quality I have come to expect from this florist.

A totally pink and purple arrangement arrived. Pretty - but didn't work for "personal" touch gift that was planned. The vase is beautiful and the service was okay. Perhaps a call to the buyer that the red roses were unavailable would have been a nice touch for customer experience.

Carnations are not my favorite and I was surprised no other flower was added to this $55 arrangement; $80 after tip & delivery less than 2 miles away. I called to express my disappointment and David listened intently telling me daisies had gone up in price but I questioned why no other flower was added like the picture - no true response given. I was very disappointed to see the flowers I ordered for my wife our anniversary. I paid $125 for the upgraded arrangement. The water was dirty with debris in bottom, the arrangement was half the size it appeared on line and flowers looked to be days old with no aroma. Orange is my favorite color, so when I saw Tangerine Dream, I knew that was the arrangement I wanted. However, what arrived were pinkish (salmon-colored) roses. I placed an order for the opening of the relocated Starbucks that I frequent. I requested something tall as I knew there wouldn't be much counter space. The bouquet was a beautiful mix of peach gladiolas, orange Asiatic lilies, Bells of Ireland, and accented with hot pink roses and deep pink miniature calla lilies, all with a striking mixture of variegated foliage. It was definitely value for the money and, as I was in the store today, it is only becoming more beautiful as flowers continue to open.

I paid for the premium version of this arrangement and the arrangement that was delivered did not have any more flowers than what in the photo of the basic arrangement. I was really disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered, especially as it was a gift for my mom’s 60th birthday. For $85 dollars, before tax and delivery, I expected a lot more. I have used All Occassions multiple times before and have always been happy with precious purchases, but this time was, sadly, very disappointing.

The product that was sent was in a clear case and the flowers were mostly white with light blue. This was sent as a sympathy arrangement that is why I chose the blue. I don’t know why florists even bother to put photos on their websites. You order one thing and they deliver something totally different. The arrangement I chose looked very well done with lots of greenery, and I sprang for the premium version. Guess the premium version is just a plain bunch of roses stuffed in the vase. One of the reasons I chose this arrangement was because of the blue. It was pretty but arrived with very little blue and came in a clear vase. I know sometimes arrangements can vary from what's marketed on the website based on local availability but there was really nothing blue about it. The Money Tree plant that I ordered was a beautiful plant which was delivered on the morning requested. The driver called the recipient as requested upon delivery. I am extremely happy with the bouquet delivered by All Occasions Florist to a co-worker in the hospital. I ordered the bouquet online at 10pm and it was delivered by 10am, and it looked exactly like what I ordered and was reasonably priced as compared to the other florist websites I looked at. The owner (Emily) includes her email address on the order confirmation, so when I realized that I had forgotten to add my co-worker's hospital room and that she was likely to be released the day the arrangement was to be delivered, I emailed the owner and she replied to me promptly. I placed an order of flowers over the weekend to be delivered yesterday. The delivery was at the time I requested and everything, however, I was disappointed with the arrangement. In the notes, I specified that I liked the "A Little Pink Me Up" arrangement, but that I wanted the pink roses to be left out. I only wanted the lilies, gerberas, and carnations, and NOT the roses. Unfortunately, it put me in a bit of an awkward situation because I've just begun getting to know the girl they were delivered to, and I didn't want to come across too strong with the roses. Please pay closer attention to those details with your future customers. There's likely a reason why they specify certain things...

I ordered these for a friend who was having a day surgery, I was worried they may not make it to the surgery center before she left. When I ordered them I gave them the wrong address and when I found out that I had provided the wrong address they offered to go pick them up from the first place and deliver them to the correct center at no extra cost and the flowers still arrived before my friend was discharged. The arrangement looks nothing like this beautiful picture. The roses are tired looking and there was no beautiful silver snowflakes. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Flowers are so expensive, you want to get what you pay for. Wont use this place again. Should have gone by the reviews. On a positive note, they did arrive quickly.
