How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (949) 833-1883, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (949) 833-1883 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Hello Matthew, So glad you liked the floral arrangement. We usually write our greeting cards for greater personalization. Sometimes our writing isn't as clear as it should be. We don't know of any Jessisa's either :-) So we apologize for our poor penmanship. Regarding her name, the order as you submitted online was identical to the delivery envelope as printed. Although the initial address you provided was incorrect as submitted, after some trial and tribulation we had success in getting the arrangement to Jessica! Lets face in a perfect world there wouldn't be any issues ie poor penmanship or wrong addresses, so your understanding is appreciated. Please allow us to make it up to you next time. |The delivery was way late almost at closing as a matter of fact when called at approximately 17:15 to check to see if the delivery was going to be made and calls went to voicemail,,,
This is after calling about 13:30 to check the status, which the person who answered said they didn’t have the ordered item in stock and they had to sources it elsewhere,,,
To make matters worst although the address was easily accessible with instructions from the gate attendant they delivered to the wrong address luckily the resident where they item was delivered knows the recipient so where it was delivered the resident brought it to the right recipient,,,
Apparently whoever took the order and answered when called for the order update never confirmed with recipient any details pertaining to the delivery address,,,
Find another florist cause these folks at this spot doesn’t appear to care about providing impeccable service especially in this line of business where timing is important, but wait they apparently doesn’t even have what they advertise online, in stock,,,

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
