One of the orders was a first time delivery of flowers for my 2 year old daughter, so it meant a great deal to me that this was perfect, thank you.

Hi Ken, I'm not sure what went wrong here. We spoke with you in the AM and you said to deliver around 12. We went to the house at 11:30, 12 and again at 12:30 and no one was home or answered the phone. I spoke with you again and you were going to get back to me. We would have gladly gone out again but Ashley came into the shop. I've processed a refund for the delivery charge. A call to us is always the best way to address your concerns so we can handle it promptly.

I live out of state now and wanted to send flowers to my sister who had been in the hospital. I was unsure of who to use but I’m so glad I chose Alice’s Flower Shop. Shortly after I had placed my order I found out that the situation had changed and my sister was no longer at the delivery location. I was a little panicked but the staff was very understanding and kind enough to accommodate. They were able to still get the arrangement to my sister even though the new address was outside their normal delivery area. They arrived without any problems, and they notified me of the delivery. Best part was the arrangement was beautiful and my sister loved them. I’m very grateful and will use them again. Highly recommend!

I've ordered flowers a few times and the arrangement has always been gorgeous! Not only that, but during this most recent order the customer service went above and beyond! I was late ordering flowers for an Easter gift and the earliest delivery date was the Monday after. I placed the order anyway, figuring better late than never. Well, the day before Easter I get a phone call from Kathleen at Alice's flower shop. They had extra drivers and she noticed my card said "Happy Easter" and offered to deliver them early! They even fixed my card so it would make sense to read before Easter rather than after (eg changing "There's no one I would have rather spent Easter with" to "There's no one I would rather spend Easter with")! Very impressive!

It specifically states online that additional flowers would be added for the premium price. There were so few flowers that I thought it was the wrong arrangement. I didn’t think the value was anywhere close to appropriate for the cost despite the attractive arrangement.

Fabulous. They were so easy to work with...even when I had multiple scheduling issues in trying to schedule a delivery for my 13th Anniversary. I often forget to directly use smaller flower shops as opposed to the conglomerates... shame on me. I got instantly reminded that smaller flower shops is the way to go! I always love ordering from Alice’s. This was the first time I’ve had an issue. I received an email confirmation that my order (an outdoor hanging basket and box of chocolates) was delivered, but when I spoke to the recipient, they hadn’t received the chocolates. I called and left a message explaining the problem and asking for a call back. The chocolates were delivered on the next business day, but I never received a call or an email, which I thought was odd. Ultimately, everything turned out well for the recipient. I’m sure it is an incredibly busy time, but I just expected more in terms of customer service.

When I got in touch with her on her birthday, the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I found out she had had an accident and would not be home for a week. I got in touch with Alice's Flower Shop to see what we could do. They said, "We'll handle it." They called my friend and asked what she wanted them to do. She told them she'd be home in a week and asked if they could deliver the flowers then. They told her it would not be a problem at all. Even though the flowers were already in the delivery car for delivery that day, they delivered the following Saturday instead at no extra charge! The flowers were beautiful!

This is my first time using Alice's after first pricing STD and 1800 Flowers, both of which charged more for delivery and couldn't deliver next day. I was ver happy with the result. My only complaint is there is a lag in the delivery confirmation email. I got notified late last night (8:48pm) that they were ready to be delivered and I would be notified when they were. They were actually delivered yesterday, thankfully, in time for a birthday, but I assumed they weren't from the email.
The picture of the flowers in the ready for delivery email is a nice touch and the flowers are very close to the picture on the order page, so thank you!
