As a full-service florist in Fairfield County, we service the following zip codes: 06810, 06811, 06801, 06896, 06804, and 06877. Enjoy the convenience of safe and secure ordering online 24 hours a day or call us toll-free during business hours for custom designs and personal consultation. With Alice's Flower Shop, you are always working with a helpful, friendly floral designer for immediate service. We also offer lush plants and dish gardens, plush animals, locally-made delicious chocolates and beautiful greeting cards. We regularly stock assorted rose colors, lilies, hydrangea, alstroemeria, sunflowers, gerbera daisies and orchid plants. Specialty flowers such as peonies, orchids, calla lilies and tulips are usually available with 24 hours notice when in season. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (203) 792-2217, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (203) 792-2217 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

We saw on our home camera that they tried twice to deliver the flowers while we were out and didn’t just leave them because of the cold. On our way home we stopped at the supermarket. I've ordered flowers a few times and the arrangement has always been gorgeous! Not only that, but during this most recent order the customer service went above and beyond! I was late ordering flowers for an Easter gift and the earliest delivery date was the Monday after. I placed the order anyway, figuring better late than never. Well, the day before Easter I get a phone call from Kathleen at Alice's flower shop. They had extra drivers and she noticed my card said "Happy Easter" and offered to deliver them early! They even fixed my card so it would make sense to read before Easter rather than after (eg changing "There's no one I would have rather spent Easter with" to "There's no one I would rather spend Easter with")! Very impressive!

I requested more flowers for the arrangement (and paid more for that.) Not sure they were added. Disappointing. I always love ordering from Alice’s. This was the first time I’ve had an issue. I received an email confirmation that my order (an outdoor hanging basket and box of chocolates) was delivered, but when I spoke to the recipient, they hadn’t received the chocolates. I called and left a message explaining the problem and asking for a call back. The chocolates were delivered on the next business day, but I never received a call or an email, which I thought was odd. Ultimately, everything turned out well for the recipient. I’m sure it is an incredibly busy time, but I just expected more in terms of customer service.

When I got in touch with her on her birthday, the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I found out she had had an accident and would not be home for a week. I got in touch with Alice's Flower Shop to see what we could do. They said, "We'll handle it." They called my friend and asked what she wanted them to do. She told them she'd be home in a week and asked if they could deliver the flowers then. They told her it would not be a problem at all. Even though the flowers were already in the delivery car for delivery that day, they delivered the following Saturday instead at no extra charge! The flowers were beautiful!

My only complaint is there is a lag in the delivery confirmation email. I got notified late last night (8:48pm) that they were ready to be delivered and I would be notified when they were. They were actually delivered yesterday, thankfully, in time for a birthday, but I assumed they weren't from the email.

cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
