Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. I called her and she said she was going to be at the school until 4. I told her I could be there by 4 and she told me to bring just on Tuesday. I don't confirm until it is delivered. Next time if you could put Boyne City School that would help also. I did make it a little bigger for it being a day late.

By the time I got to the order it was after 10 pm on Tuesday and too late to call. I did the best with what I had and even put in a few extra flowers to make up for not have the exact flowers. I hope this helps and I am so sorry it was not exactly what was ordered.

Alfie’s Attic was absolutely amazing. I placed an order on 1/16 and the arrangement arrived absolutely amazing! I placed my order online and about 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the nicest lady ever letting me know that a flower in the arrangement I chose was out of stock, and asked how they could accommodate me. I gave her complete control to go with her best judgement and she made it absolutely beautiful! It was even more beautiful than I imagined. I would absolutely order from them again.

The basket looked great! I was very pleased with the call to me that they were out of the lilies and wanted to subsitute something else. I was also impressed that when they were going to deliver the floweres to the elementary school, unknown to me they had a teacher in service day so my grandson wasn't at school! She called me back to inform me of that and wanted the home address and then delivered the floweres there!! ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you!

I ordered a specific custom order and received a terrible standard order it looks like one of the $29 orders and I paid $85 to have a specific order made I would like a copy of what I ordered sent to my email. I know that I ordered some white roses with raspberry tips and some stargazer lilies pink and white with teal vase-I know that I ordered some white roses with raspberry tips and some stargazer lilies pink and white with teal vas— instead I got a very ugly arrangement and would’ve picked a much prettier one in a cheaper category if they weren’t going to send the custom order that they promised and at no time did they ever say they didn’t have any of those flowers I am less than pleased and something needs to be done about this horrible ugly bouquet that was sent

I would like to start my review off on a lighter note despite my rating. I’ve been looking into supporting small local businesses and came across Alfies Attic in Petoskey. After scrolling online I came across a beautiful bouquet which was filled with about 6-7 different flowers which were orange, pink and some deep red tones as well as small green leaves to give the bouquet volume. This bouquet was called the Aqua Escape and stated the aqua vase would be included. Since I was not in the same area as my mom for her birthday, I thought she would appreciate a flower delivery. This bouquets minimum price was $55 plus tax and a delivery fee. The website even showed a beautiful aqua colored vase which was told would arrive with the order. Unfortunately when the flowers arrived it looked nothing like the image, neither did the vase. Instead a bouquet with 2 flowers out of the 6-7 flowers were present, while the other flowers were whatever was left in stock that were then added to the bouquet. In the bouquet that I received I only has 5 flowers, and the bouquet was very short and small, no volume whatsoever. A green vase was delivered instead of an aqua as stated in the website. I’m still very grateful for my bouquet but feel disappointed and let down because I did not get the bouquet I wanted for a very expensive price. This was my first online flower delivery service. Probably won’t be ordering from this business again.

I am so sorry you were not happy with the order. I used 3 orange gerbers, pink mini carnations because I was out of lavender, Queen anne's lace, and I had no gilly flower, also known as stock, so I used pink and lavender alstoemerias. I did not have another truck until Monday.

Was pleasantly surprised when Alfie's could deliver the same day I ordered. The flowers were delivered within two hours of ordering and when sent my friend sent a picture, it was exactly as I had hoped. I got a call on the Friday that they were to be delivered, and unfortunately some of the flowers meant for this bouquet didn’t come on the truck, so Margie asked if she could use roses and a few others, which was fine, I know things happen. The Mothers Day arrangement that my mom received was everything I had hoped for and more! It was gorgeous! This was my first time ordering from Alfie's Attic, but is definitely will not be my last! I was sooo disappointed! Apparently this florist ran out out of hot pink spray roses and used carnations instead making the bouquet look cheap and missing the mark totally! We ordered extra so it cost more but received less! I am certain Alfies Attic saved money using carnations instead of spray roses - ugghhhh! When my mother in law sent the photo of her bouquet I was shocked and embarrassed! This bouquet pictured also has some peachy orchids among the roses that were not included in what appears to be the a sadly sub standard arrangement. I won't be ordering from this shop again. The honorable behavior would have been to check with the me if the blooms ordered were not available and off a refund or an equal substitute.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
