Alexandrias Floral Boutique

Ordered an arrangement for a sick friend and was so pleased when they sent a picture for me. Looked big, lush, and extremely close to picture provided on website. I always hesitate when ordering from out of state, but I wouldn't hesitate to order from this florist again, thank you!

This is a review for Bloomnation's customer service as much as it is the florist. First, the arrangement got there very late in the day on the day of delivery. We were afraid we it wasn't going to be delivered and weren't able to contact support at the florist or Bloomnation. When the arrangement arrived, the person receiving it took a photo. I was shocked. I paid $84 for this bouquet and it had two roses, two tulips and a bunch of filler flowers. I could have bought it for $10. I contacted Bloomnation for a refund. They said they would have to contact the florist. I was told they'd give a partial refund. It's now been a week and I haven't received any kind of refund. I've been instructed to follow up with the florist to chase down my refund. I don't understand the point of Bloomnation if they aren't facilitating customer service. If anything they've made this transaction more difficult. I should've ordered directly from a local florist.

Something when wrong with the order at first. But it was immediately corrected with personal and quick service. The flowers were delivered and the woman whose birthday it was is very happy and so am I.

Alexandria is very personable and client-oriented. I have had 2 very recent and highly positive experiences with her floral boutique for local deliveries. I highly recommend her shop/services.

Delivered promptly on time the next day. The arrangement was lovely and enjoyed.

Alexandria’s Floral is nothing short of amazing. Such personal service and care! I ordered Easter flowers for my friend’s table and Alexandria went out of her way to make sure they were perfect! She even personally delivered them. My friend was elated. Her centerpiece was stunning and matched her home decor perfectly.

I placed this order from Ontario from the Google page and was very pleased with the pleasant way I was treated when relating what I wanted delivered.The arrangement was beautiful,artistic and one of a kind.I will use Alexandrias again and refer her to anyone I know in this area.

Order was put in the morning, received same day delivery, sent me a video of the flowers before they delivered them to make sure I was ok with how they looked. Definitely a 5 star business!!

My mom loved the flowers! Out of all the flowers she received that day, these were her favorite. In addition to the beautiful floral arrangement, I received text updates on the delivery during the process which was great!

The product was beautiful and the service delivery the best I have experienced.

Ordered a designers choice arrangement online for a birthday. Flowers were gorgeous, communication was amazing! Very much appreciate the video of the flowers before delivery. Look forward to ordering from Alexandria for the next occasion!

Alexandria herself texted me in the morning to let me know she was starting to put together my order after I had placed the order late last night. She updated me soon afterwards with a video of the completed white orchid plant arrangement (which I actually thought was stock footage) to let me know it was about to be sent out for delivery. Soon after that I got a text from her saying it was delivered and that the driver had waited for the my mother to personally receive her surprise 76th birthday present. A moment later I got a text from my mother of a picture of a beautiful white orchid presentation—identical to the one I had seen in the video…My mom’s birthday was the day before, and I had used another service to deliver something similar. I placed the order a week early only to spend her birthday going back-and-forth with customer service to eventually find out the flowers were unavailable and would be delivered two days later. Honestly (and shamefully!), I have never sent flowers to anyone before, and I never would’ve expected this kind of experience—especially after the frustrating one I just had. I highly recommend Alexandria’s Floral Boutique to say the least. Thank you, Alexandria. You totally saved me!

What a wonderful experience! The actual owner delivered the arrangement- called me to tell me she was there and helped the recipient with the arrangement. Can’t say enough good things!

Ordered white LONG stem rosé’s expecting them to look similar to the website picture
The order was mixed with pink roses and measured no more than 16 inches tall

Alexandria was so amazing. Our family dog passed away and I ordered flowers around noon and they were delivered by 4 pm that afternoon. Not only did she deliver them, but actually spent a minute talking with my Mom about our loss. Such a lovely gesture that makes a huge impact.

The flowers were beautiful! I wish the vase was a little closer to the watering can pictured vs. a glass vase, but I realize that might not always be available. Only reason I gave 4 stars.

I went with your company specifically because your site said you had delivery available on mothers day. My delivery did not arrive until Monday afternoon. Very disappointing.
