Ordered an arrangement for a sick friend and was so pleased when they sent a picture for me. Looked big, lush, and extremely close to picture provided on website. I always hesitate when ordering from out of state, but I wouldn't hesitate to order from this florist again, thank you!

This is a review for Bloomnation's customer service as much as it is the florist. First, the arrangement got there very late in the day on the day of delivery. We were afraid we it wasn't going to be delivered and weren't able to contact support at the florist or Bloomnation. When the arrangement arrived, the person receiving it took a photo. I was shocked. I paid $84 for this bouquet and it had two roses, two tulips and a bunch of filler flowers. I could have bought it for $10. I contacted Bloomnation for a refund. They said they would have to contact the florist. I was told they'd give a partial refund. It's now been a week and I haven't received any kind of refund. I've been instructed to follow up with the florist to chase down my refund. I don't understand the point of Bloomnation if they aren't facilitating customer service. If anything they've made this transaction more difficult. I should've ordered directly from a local florist.

Alexandria herself texted me in the morning to let me know she was starting to put together my order after I had placed the order late last night. She updated me soon afterwards with a video of the completed white orchid plant arrangement (which I actually thought was stock footage) to let me know it was about to be sent out for delivery. Soon after that I got a text from her saying it was delivered and that the driver had waited for the my mother to personally receive her surprise 76th birthday present. A moment later I got a text from my mother of a picture of a beautiful white orchid presentation—identical to the one I had seen in the video…My mom’s birthday was the day before, and I had used another service to deliver something similar. I placed the order a week early only to spend her birthday going back-and-forth with customer service to eventually find out the flowers were unavailable and would be delivered two days later. Honestly (and shamefully!), I have never sent flowers to anyone before, and I never would’ve expected this kind of experience—especially after the frustrating one I just had. I highly recommend Alexandria’s Floral Boutique to say the least. Thank you, Alexandria. You totally saved me!

Alexandria was so amazing. Our family dog passed away and I ordered flowers around noon and they were delivered by 4 pm that afternoon. Not only did she deliver them, but actually spent a minute talking with my Mom about our loss. Such a lovely gesture that makes a huge impact.

The flowers were beautiful! I wish the vase was a little closer to the watering can pictured vs. a glass vase, but I realize that might not always be available. Only reason I gave 4 stars.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
