They have great customer service when I called, the employee was kind and told me they would text me once they delivered the flowers. Love, love, love the arrangements for my supervisor. The person that I spoke with at the shop had to help me pivot, and what she came up with, I was totally surprised and it brought tears to my eyes when she displayed the arrangement on her table.

I ordered in the morning and this beautiful arrangement was delivered early in the afternoon on the same day. There was an issue with the order delivery address (my error), and the delivery person called me and we took care of it. Very personable and accommodating. The recipient loved the bouquet. I was helping a friend with his order, which needed to be delivered within a very small time window, so I called first. I got the owner and explained my situation. She was awesome, very helpful, and assured me that they could deliver the flowers as needed. Beautiful arrangement and I was able to email the shop to make sure it would be delivered by a certain time. Great communication and they texted me a picture of the arrangement before it was sent out for delivery. That was particularly nice because I was not able to attend the funeral.

I was informed one of the flowers wasn’t available via text informing me what would be used to substitute along with photos of the final arrangement. To know what the final result looked like with the adjustments was great. This will always be the flower shop we use in the future!

I ordered these for my sister and although the circumstances behind the flowers are grim it provided a bit of light for her. She loves the arrangement. I appreciated the updates regarding delivery status.

The flowers were ordered the day expected. The flowers weren’t exactly what was ordered, but that was indicated on the website. It was still a beautiful bouquet, and my grandma loved it.

The time of delivery was very good, but the flowers you delivered where different from the picture you show, In the picture you can see more flowers than leaves and in the deliver there where more leaves than flowers.
Y can send you a photo if you want. But I realy expected that what you send came exactly like you offer.

My second experience and just like the first. EXCELLENT !
I bought this specifically because my mom loves tulips. As much as I understand that sometimes flowers might he substituted, this typically happens on a minimally. I live out of state and even my florist who I use on a regular basis at home was shocked. There was seriously 2 tulips and the rest were pink roses. The hydrangea was wilted. The vase wasn't even remotely close to what is on the picture I mean they didn't even try to replicate the sophistication of the vase. Then they tossed some weird glitter "sticks"? I was so dissatisfied. My brother wasn't even sure it was the proper order as I showed him the picture before hand. We are not recommending this shop. I would have been a little better about this if they would have called and offered a different arrangement with tulips.

Flowers were nicer and fresher than expected. The only floral shop that I could find that actually delivered the next day in time for Valentine’s Day. Reasonably priced for the quality of the flowers. I appreciate the service, honest advertising, and quality.
