We are a small town, family owned shop with an awesome team that has hearts for creatively helping our customers. We work hard to deliver on sweet gestures, creative visions, quick thoughts, lofty dreams, hard memorials, and smashing holidays goals. Our team can keep it small, or go really big. Regardless of your need, our goal is that you feel well served! We are not a grower, but we promise that we spend a lot of time researching, cleaning, prepping, and delivering high quality flower designs, healthy plants, and cool decorations. Our team is creative and diverse in ability...and that is our favorite part. We want to be here to help support people in our local communities during some of the best and hardest times of their life. This is an extension of our home, and we hope you feel that when you visit the shop!
Being creative for a living is something Amy, owner of Albany Floral could have only dreamed of since she was little. Amy was blessed to grow up with really creative family members, especially her mother, JoAnn, who she adores being with! She always hoped that some day she could work alongside her Mom, doing something with plants, flowers, and people. They've always bonded over plants (mostly perennials and annuals) with Amy's 3 sisters, and love going to green houses and gardens. Amy is a Wife to Clayton (the Chief "Fix it" Guy at the shop), a Mother to 4 beautiful children, a Sister, a Friend, and a child of God. She absolutely loves her time in the shop with her stellar team of UBER creative ladies!

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (320) 845-4776, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (320) 845-4776 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
