Beautiful arrangement nicely done. Delivery was prompt and my whole experience was positive. My only thought is I really wanted a Mylar balloon to go with the flowers but didn't see that option available, not a big deal. Will certainly support this florist in the future.

After I placed my order online, I realized I had made a mistake with the date; I ordered them to be delivered to the funeral home on 12/3, but it should have been 12/2 (which was the next day). I called in the morning to fix my mistake, and I was told "we knew what you wanted; the flowers have already been delivered to the funeral home." Amazing! This is a testament to a small town where we know each other and look out for one another. I will NEVER buy flowers from anywhere else if I have a choice. THANK YOU, Aitkin Flowers and Gifts!

Beautiful arrangement, and employees were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware then when ordering an arrangement, that flowers won’t be available until the following day (my mistake for not reading the fine print). I would suggest making this very clear when customers are placing an order.

I sent the flowers to my mom as an early mother's day present and she was really happy with them. I ordered online, as I live in a different country, and it was super easy. The delivery fee was higher than the larger online flower brokers, like 800-flowers, but because it's a more remote area and they are a local florist, I felt ok with that.

I was disappointed. I knew they didn't have the basket as pictured but the basket looked very cheap. It was no where near as full, I saw no lilies or some of the other flowers that were in the picture. At best I think it should have been half of what I paid.

Ease of ordering and email communication was 5 star. The flowers that were delivered were in good condition and the recipient was happy. However, when I saw what was sent, I was disappointed. Carnations and roses that were in the arrangement are not the same as orchids and hydrangea that were pictured. Ordering flowers online feels like it is always a shot in the dark. I just wish what was pictured would be what is actually sent. What else is the picture for?! I get it if a florist doesn't have those flowers available, but then charger me less OR just show an honest picture of what will be sent.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
