Denise Riley

Our designer is also the owner of the shop, she has been the head designer for 27 years, and she has been the owner for 15 years. She loves designing as much today as she did the day she started. She has the most amazing talent and the biggest heart! To know her is to love her, and she takes pride in each and every flower arrangement she makes for the public. She makes sure that her pieces represent the person or the occasion as close as you can possibly get.

Created order on line on 5/21 Requested to take photo of arrangement since I was out of state. Unfortunately I do not know how the arrangement looked. She said she would make it look beautiful. My interpretation was she was low on flowers and or supplies.
Set the delivery date for 5/23 at noon. Heard nothing back from the floral shop. Disappointed in the service.

I received the wrong arrangement. Not only was the arrangement I received much cheaper and smaller than my order, but it was the wrong flowers, color, and I didn’t get the candle. By the time I saw this, the delivery driver was driving away because it was already 8pm and dark outside. I attempted multiple calls to try and explain there was a mixup. But nobody answered the phone. I also sent an email with a picture of the arrangement I received but never got a response. I was very dissapointed because I wanted to give my fiancé her favorite flowers Tulips and Roses and instead got something totally different and definitely not the $150 premium size I paid for.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
