We deeply apologize that we weren't able to deliver the floral arrangement for the funeral.We didn't recieve our flower order that was expected so we could not fulfill any orders duen o this delay. We really hate that this was a bad experience, it was definitely unexpected on our end as well. We sincerely apologize.

We deeply regret that you were not satisfied with the arrangement we delivered. We made this as similar to the picture as we could. We did send a notification that the vase and flowers would be different based in availability. We had over 300 orders for mothers day weekend, so we do apologize for the late delivery. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
