Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (610) 376-8767, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (610) 376-8767 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Very disappointed. I couldn’t believe the amount of greenery and totality different flowers were added to fill in instead of flowers. This was to very full of roses. Not junk greenery. Looked very cheap and definitely not worth the price

The only reason I gave it four stars is because I thought $15 to deliver plus tip was excessive but the quality was perfect! I will order again for sure.

Those feelings are probably due to the fact that you gave us an incorrect address and we were not notified it was incorrect until after the delivery was made. The arrangement then had to be retrieved from the wrong address and re delivered which we then charged you an additional fee for having to redeliver. 1 star for the flowers being alive & delivered on time. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo: a completely different color palette & the subbed flowers lacked color contrast. I am ok with flower substitutions - that is normal - but the color palette I chose was important for sentimental reasons (orange/peach/yellows) & my recipient received burgundy/plum/light pink. Burgundy & plum together just don’t work - they have different undertones. Just poorly done.

The arrangement looked like the picture because it got the exact recipe as the picture. When it comes to color, the palette in the picture is soft so, the carnations were pink which is close to peach. The alstro used was lavender, a soft color. The mini carns were yellow as pictured. The solidago was yellow as pictured. The Statice was purple because we had no white filler to use and statice was the recipe flower. Last but not least, the website says there are no guarantees when purchasing a product from our website. We try to replicate as close as possible. It states this before you are able to purchase anything from our website. In the future if you could please use the special instructions for not only a notation for your card message, but also let us know that color palette is most important when selecting this item. It's so simple to order from Acacia and prices are always reasonable. I do not live in the area but have flowers delivered to my mother, and she is always beaming about how pretty the arrangements are. She especially liked this last one because the fall colors were so vibrant, and the pumpkin container can be repurposed when the flowers are gone. Highly recommend!

The flowers are beautiful and was delivered in a timely manner. The website has so many beautiful options, more then other websites I have looked on for flowers. There arrangements are very unique. My only complaint is that I believe a $25 delivery fee is very excessive. I think it could be lower.

For the $25 delivery charge, our website algorithm is done by zip code. So since it is Fleetwood, that is up to a 25 minute drive from our location and this location was 23 minutes away. When calculating the 23 minutes to get to the location and the 23 minutes it takes to get back to our flower shop the total of driving is 46 minutes. Also there are instances that the recipient isn't home and we cannot leave it and we have to re deliver. We have to factor in those possibilities as well. I hope that explanation gave some insight as to why we charge what we charge for delivery. Please know that certain locations vary in price due to distance. If you ever have any other questions please do not hesitate to call us. We hope you have a fantastic day and hope you stay well and hope to serve you in the future<3

The arrangement was as pretty as the picture. However, I do object to the jacked up delivery price of $25 for Mother's Day plus tip request. Pay your employees and stop asking customers for outrageous delivery fees AND a tip to boot!

Thanks for leaving us feedback. So glad that flowers were well received. Unfortunately, where your delivery went, it shares the same zip code as Dauberville, which we go to, which can be far. We estimate the furthest point for every zip code. So, not a holiday, the delivery would be $20. When it is mothers day weekend and your order went on the day of mothers day, it is then $25. At the time, gas was an all time high, almost $5 a gallon. So, since gas increased we have to increase our delivery fee. When it comes to the tip, THANK YOU, but you are NOT required to tip at the end of your order. We have many customers who order from our website that do not tip and that is O K. We pay and treat our employees so well, while other small businesses had a difficult time getting there employees to come back to work during COVID, ours came back with more gusto, ready to serve you. But your tip is well appreciated for sure, but it is NOT required. You can bypass it when completing your purchase. Also, in the future if there is anything that doesn't seem right price wise etc., instead of completing your order online, please call our shop and we can further assist you. Would have been perfect if there were as many yellow daisies as there are in the picture. Yellow was the receiver's favorite color and when I saw it was mostly white I was very upset. Yellow is also a the color of sunshine and smiley face and it was all white and few yellow roses. Beside that, it was a cute arrangement, just not what the purpose of purchase represented. Also it was delivered on time and right the receiver left for work. I Will definitely order from ACACIA again but will make sure to leave more specific details in the instructions to make sure it doesn't happen again. I would have preferred to pay more for yellow roses than have all those white daisies.

The arrangement was far smaller than expected. It’s about the size of a basketball, including the mug. Definitely not what I expected for the price.

It was about the size of a basketball including the mug" when purchasing this item if you look underneath the picture under the description of the flower arrangement there is an orientation and size. The size is 10 inch wide by 10 inches high and a basketball is 29cm in circumference which when you translate into inches, its 11inches. We actually made the arrangement an inch longer in width and height, so we did above our approx size. Also when designing in a mug one should realize that it only can be so big otherwise it will fall over. I suggest in the future that you call the flower shop and ask about the item before placing your order. Thank you.

Where do I begin? I placed in order around let’s say noon. I was then called 10 mins before the store was closed to pick up my arrangement. When I spoke to the lady her suggestion was to leave it outside. Dam near $100 and it looked nothing like the pictures. I can assure you I will never ever shop here again.

You received a curiosity call at 5:30 because some people do forget to pick up their orders and we marked the order "created" letting you know it was ready via email. We also were nice enough to put it out front while the owner had a wedding consultation outside to ensure the correct person accepted it. The total you spent was $74.99 to be correct on the total of the arrangement. It looked exactly like the picture, if not better. We advise next time to call a flower shop to see when the hours of operations are or when you would like to pick it up. And please refrain from swearing on future reviews for another small business. What a pleasure doing business with your company. I live in Las Vegas, and my sister is in the hospital in Reading. She is away from her husband and other family members, so I knew her spirits were a little low. Not anymore! I went online and found your flower shop and the perfect arraignment with a little teddy bear that would make her day, and it certainly did. I called the shop to make sure you could deliver, and twice I spoke with the most professional and compassionate staff members, any business would love to employ. Thank you all for being so kind and compassionate. My sister was so excited and happy when the flowers were delivered to her room.
Thank you all for everything. I have six sisters; Rdg, Philly, California, Atlanta, Las Vegas. Cali has already placed an order today for delivery tomorrow. Keep up the great job; it is greatly appreciated.

I ordered these as a get well soon gift for my aunt that recently had surgery. I loved them as soon as I saw them online, but then my aunt sent me a picture of them and they look even more beautiful in person. I love that Acacia sent me an email after the arrangement was delivered, since my aunt doesn’t have a phone.
