I have used this florist on a few occasions due to their beautiful and unique arrangements, and I must say I am very disappointed this time around. The photo sent to me by the florist and the arrangement that was delivered did not look the same (I wish I could post the comparisons) It did not look like an $80 arrangement, and I’m embarrassed on what was delivered. The flowers used were low quality and inexpensive flowers with mostly filler. Honestly I could have went to Trader Joe’s and would have more beautiful quality flowers for less than half the price of what was paid not including the local delivery fee. Very disappointed, needless to say I will have to find a new florist :( ---- Florist's Response: Hello Ms Ramirez , we are terribly sorry for your dissapointment. We called you but it went to voicemail . I have left you my cell phone no please do call and i will make it right . Regards MK owner I would like to update my previous review. I spoke with the owner, he was very apologetic and professional. He made it right and they created a new beautiful arrangement that represents the beauty & uniqueness of why I use this florist.
