My friend loved the bouquet she received and is receiving lots of compliments from friends and the hospital staff. However, I was disappointed that the cymbidium orchids were replaced by vanda orchids when cymbidiums are in season and would have lasted longer in the bouquet.

Hi Lynn, Thanks so much for your message. We shop daily for our flowers and Saturday morning the market wasn’t offering the freshest of cymbidiums, so we chose the Dendrobium in place. Do know that we always have our clients best interest in mind when we have to make a substitution. Cymbidium are in season all year long, again it was a matter of freshness . Really beautiful bouquet! I purchased the mid range cost/upgrade option and the final product looked just like the picture on the website, just with the addition of a variety of flowers. I am super pleased with the quality and quantity of flowers for the price point. Delivery was also seamless. I thoroughly recommend Abloom!

The ordering process was great super simple and delivery was prompt and on time. My only issue was the flowers received were not those selected and pictured The arrangement selected shows orchids and pink roses, but the arrangement received had red roses and pink daisies I believe. It just would’ve been nice to receive the same flowers pictured.

I have to be honest and I feel badly...I opted for the more upgraded arrangement as this was for my closest friends' funeral for her dad. I was rather disappointed by the small size. The photo on the site which depicted the standard sized arrangement looks larger than the one received. It was an expensive arrangement and I chose it carefully. Perhaps I misjudged...it was small and not particularly impressive. The orchids were beautiful, I just had higher expectation for the size delivered and in light of the price. Thank you for letting me make comment. This is such a lovely floral shop and I've long admired the arrangments.
The recipient could not have been happier with her flowers. John provided excellent service, calling before delivery to let me know the vase advertised was not available and a substitution would be made. What my friend got and what I ordered looked nothing alike. What I liked about the pictured flowers was the dark and light contrast and the drama of the types of flowers. I understand if the milk pitcher wasn't available...but the flowers were all too pastel and too much the same for a WOW reaction. To be fair...there were a lot of them...but just not what I was after. Ordering online with no discussion isn't great...so in future I'll make sure I do, to get my wishes across.
Had these sent to my daughter at her new job and she loved them. She sent me a picture and they were absolutely stunning. I wouldn’t expect anything less. Abloom never disappoints. Our all time favorite florists!
The “Simply You” sympathy arrangement was beautiful and brightened my friend’s day. The online ordering process was easy, too. And, the florist called to let me know that they had made the delivery. A very positive customer experience, but most importantly, the flowers brought comfort to my friend during a difficult time.

Great service, great product. They make the whole process easy. Within 24 hours of my online order I received a call informing me that the succulent garden I ordered wasn’t available to be delivered on the day I selected. They asked if I wanted another selection or it would be available in a couple of days when they went in for fresh plants. My delivery option was flexible and I’m glad I waited. My sister loved the arrangement and made her day. I appreciated that I had options and received a call. They are responsive and timely. I will definitely be telling everyone about the excellent service I received and what a great product they deliver. This is not my first order with them and it won’t be my last..I have been very happy with their services and their beautiful arrangements.

This was my first time using BloomNation. I selected Studio One Twenty Three West because the arrangements in the photos were beautiful and looked very professional. The florist did not disappoint - the flowers were gorgeous and exactly as pictured! The vase was slightly different but possibly even nicer than the one pictured. The arrangement was far nicer than several I've ordered from competitors (i.e. bouqs, urban stems, etc.). Worth every penny for hand delivery from a local florist.

It’s the quality of Jan n Rob work devotion to there business. And one more thing I would like to mention, she still does EXCELLENT WORK with a few minute notice. I needed a large arrangement for the cement art n I gave her a one hr notice n my family was so empresses with what she did. They are one in a million couple.

The arrangement was even nicer than what was pictured. I also made a request and it was added to the arrangement. So happy with the arrangement. Ordering online and pickup was super easy and convenient.

I had mentioned to you while at the store, your website does not allow online orders from Weymouth zip codes. I even tried a Quincy zip for giggles and the website refused that one also. Just an FYI.

The arrangement of hydrangea and roses was exactly as pictured and is so beautiful!
Beautiful bouquet and the recipient loved it so much that she immediately saved the florist information for future orders. That said, the flower arrangement was not what was pictured—the flowers and style that were sent were changed for the season (winter). Since the recipient was thrilled and the arrangement was lovely, I give this 5 stars, but if you’re adamant that it exactly match the flowers in the picture, just a heads up...

The arrangement was lovely, however it looked nothing like the pictured Fairy Tale Pinks . I was disappointed when I saw it.
The flowers that were delivered were not the exact ones as I ordered. However, when I called Janet did apologize and give me options. I will order again but a little disappointed the flowers I ordered were not the same one delivered. Janet did promise to make it up to me on my next order since I did not want the person I ordered for know the flowers were the wrong ones since she loved them.
