|I live out-of-state and wanted to support a local independent florist, so I called directly & explicitly told the owner i wanted my chosen arrangement exactly as pictured on the website.
I even paid extra for the “Deluxe” edition.
I asked the recipient to text me a photo once she received the flowers.
It was so much “less than” expected and did not look vibrant nor healthy, nor was it as shown in the photo on website.
I called Sonia, the owner and she offered to exchange it for another one.
That would be incredibly awkward & uncomfortable for the Birthday Girl (recipient), and I told her so.
Her only resolution was to credit me $10.
Very disappointed with the experience & outcome.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
