Super happy with the very fast service. My sister broke her leg and I wanted something sent fast to her in the hospital, and voila! I also love that the florist added some little vines to enhance the bouquet. My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is all the flowers are stuffed into a too-small vase. Alstromeria are lovely and can last a long time but need a little space to shine. Still: my sister feels loved and that’s what’s important.

I ordered the size up from the picture on the website. My sister sent me a picture of the arrangement she received. It looked like the same size pictured, no bigger. Was it pretty? Yes! But, I expected it to be a little larger for the upcharge. My sister loved the flowers and was happy to receive it. I did not disclose what I paid for it to her because I know she would be upset at its size in comparison to its price. The flowers were very fresh and the arrangement was done well. Overall positive, but there were some minor issues. Online ordering was fairly easy, although I did have to do two separate orders since I was sending flowers to two different people. It would have been much easier if I could have purchased both flower arrangements in one order and then had an option to personalize each. Delivery worked beautifully. Both arrangements were delivered on the date I selected with no problems. The only other issue I had was with the cards. For some reason the last line of the card was left out on both arrangements I ordered. They were both supposed to end with “Love Christy” and that was left off, so the recipients had no idea who the flower came from.

Christy, you can purchase more than one arrangement going to the same address on the same order. I'm sorry you had problems. I did check your orders and "Love Christy" was not on our copies of either order. You can put both cards in the card message section and just to avoid any confusion, make a note in special instructions. We are glad that they were delivered to your specifications.
