Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Amazing service. The person I ordered delivery for was not home - yet “A New Leaf” went back to their place 3+ times to catch them at home - without me even asking. They were truly remarkable. They even called to confirm when the delivery was finally completed. A+ customer service. Their proactivity and positivity was so wonderful. Additionally, their online ordering process was so extremely smooth. Definitely recommend!

Bombay delivered was nice however, I would have liked roses and not carnations,, and really liked the seeded euc, which was missing also. Not sure the value I paid was there as I upgraded, but my son thought it was nice. Overall, the design was good, just would have liked the flowers that were supposed to Benin it.
