I had flowers delivered to my recipient at a hospital and although emailed as delivered yesterday she has yet to receive them today mid-day. I understand hospitals can have weird ways to get patients their deliveries but why not give a courtesy call to alert the recipient of a very expensive ($150 total) delivery? I had to awkwardly ask her if she had gotten anything (nope) since I hadn’t heard about a delivery from her (but had been in contact otherwise) yet received the confirm delivery email. Will not recommend this shop.

The work and beauty of the arrangement sent to my daughter was lovely. I wanted a stand out display for her desk or office and this was it.
Only con, I asked for it to be delivered before noon and to call her to verify it was there and that did not happen. I had to call to verify if she received them which she had not. I called the florist. He said they were left at the front desk. She finally found them at security. They arrived at 3:00. Security and the delivery should have called her.

I didn’t receive the order.
The delivery guy didn’t bother to call the recipient and didn’t deliver the flowers. They didn’t try to deliver them the next day either. Also, a week later they haven’t replied to me yet.
Wouldn’t recommend, unless you want to be robbed.

Ordered a beautiful tulip arrangement that was not inexpensive. Received notice from BloomNation the arrangement had been delivered. After not hearing from the recipient for 36 hours post notice of delivery, determined the arrangement had not been delivered. Apparently the florist was taken ill and could not fulfill the order. Ok, but why did I get a confirmation of delivery and get put in the awkward position of trying to determine what had happened to a surprise gift.

Really happy with my experience. Although they didn’t have all of the flowers for my request, which I made two days prior, this is because they were still waiting on a fresh shipment which was supposed to arrive on the day of my pickup. Alternatively, they switched some flowers out for what looked more expensive and definitely looked better than the pictures. I would definitely go here again. Staff is friendly and service is on point.

My brother is in the hospital in San Francisco and I am in Missouri. I was able to access the website for A New Leaf Florist and place my order very easily. There was a space to add the details of the room number, etc. I received a call from the florist asking if a couple of changes would be acceptable. My brother received the flowers within just a couple of hours and he sent me a picture. They looked beautiful!! I would definitely use A New Leaf Florist again!!

I give this florist a zero star. They are totally unprofessional and irresponsible. I ordered something to be delivered to a business client on their grand opening day. No delivery on the big day. Next day I called the florist to check what happened. The florist said they had not been able to find the plant I ordered or a possible replacement. My payment had already been processed, but they didn’t even bother to contact me about their delivery failure. Moreover, they even had nerve to send me a delivery confirmation email asking for a review. It was something close to monkey business. Well, here it is, my review, a zero star.

Well, I ordered the day before and requested a late morning delivery. The next day, the flowers were not delivered by 5 pm. No confirmation email was received. I assumed my order was not processed. I selected another florist and flowers were delivered on time, fresh and twice the size and same price as yours. My son said the flowers were delivered around 8pm. That's unacceptable. If the order was a challenge, I should have been notified.

Bombay delivered was nice however, I would have liked roses and not carnations,, and really liked the seeded euc, which was missing also. Not sure the value I paid was there as I upgraded, but my son thought it was nice. Overall, the design was good, just would have liked the flowers that were supposed to Benin it.

It was easy to make a selection online and arrange for the delivery. The photographed flowers were not available and I received a call immediately asking me if substitutions were acceptable. The flowers and delivery were very expensive, but as I was unable to deliver them myself, the convenience and timely manner in which the delivery was made justified the price. I was not able, however, to actually see the arrangement as delivered so I can't actually speak to that. I would, though, definitely use the service again if I were in the same circumstances. As a postscript I do want to add that I used the shop at CPMC Van Ness Campus and flowers were delivered to my daughter who had just delivered her newborn. Flowers were perhaps not exceptionally expensive, I'm just not used to special ordering them.

I was a little concerned because I did ask to know whether they could make it by a given time and they showed up about 15 minutes after that w/o contacting me -- which wouldn't have been a big deal except that it was possible that my wife would have already left the building. Still, I think if you give them enough buffer time (maybe a little extra) everything will be great. Also, I didn't give them much notice to begin with and they were the only vendors who COULD deliver that same day with not a lot of lead time, so overall, kudos to "A New Leaf Florist"! Would definitely use them again!

I didn’t like it, I bought it because I thought it was unique and modern. I really liked the vase in the picture but it was nothing like it, the vase is what makes the arrangement special. It was just a bowl, the size of a goldfish bowl, very ugly and plain. Also the rose stems were cut so short, they were half the size of normal roses. Overall thumbs down. The one good thing was that the roses appeared full but that’s because I paid extra, came to a total of $165.00 wish it would have been worth it.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
