Absolutely stunning bouquet! You could tell she took her time and put a lot of thought into flower placement. I ordered these for my daughter for her graduation, and she was blown away too. I ordered these for a friend’s birthday. They arrived at end of business day when I asked for them to be delivered. The business owner made sure they were hand delivered because of the heat. WOW! I order flowers relatively often but this was my 1st time using A Lasting Memory, what an over pleasant experience. While I appreciate the same day delivery, I am upset that the plant I ordered is much smaller than advertised, and from what I can tell it has no blooms unlike the plant pictured on yuh our website.

It is always a shot in the dark when you want to send flowers to a friend who lives far away. Well, this shot hit the bulls-eye. Not only did they deliver it the same day but they sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery to make sure I was satisfied. They also sent me an update when it was delivered! While the arrangement was adequate, it looked nothing like the one pictured. The "Sweet & Subtle" was pictured as a clear vase, with two different color of roses with a little greenery. However, what was sent was all pink and white carnations, a Lily or two and a pink gladiolus. This was for a friend who had just lost his brother. This is why I'm reluctant to order flowers on line, should have called and ordered by phone. It was a pretty arrangement, flowers were fresh and delivered on time and I will use this florist again, but will be more specific with what I want.

In all the years of business I have never received less than 5 stars and for this I have been very blessed. I am so sorry that you were not 100% pleased. I received this order late in the afternoon and it had to be delivered first thing the next morning for a funeral 25 miles away and when I called to substitue the Peace Lily (which I had but did not have a noticable blossom) in a white urn for and much more expensive Red Anthirium in a Rose foil container it was a business number and I had to make a judgement call. I send photos of every design I deliver and am very proud of my work however, I did not send what was in the order. I tried to make it stunning and lush to upscale it and truly is was beautiful. I noticed the email two days later of dissatisfaction and tried to make it right for you but you never replied or responded and I also called your business number given on invoice. I love all my customers dearly and hope after you saw the photo you and understood my delemma you were satified.
