I stated in the floral industry in the mid-80's. Working for a local wholesaler for many years. Learning just about everything you need to know about flowers. Flowers became a part of my soul. 1989 I added a floral studio attached to my house and ran the shop from that location for 30 years. This is where i learned how to design. I am self taught designer and 20 years ago I became a Master Florist. I moved the shop to a retail location in 2020 What a special business to own. I get to work with flowers all day sending an emotion with each bouquet. It feels like a privileged to work with my community.

My daughters birthday is New Year’s Eve, so I asked Flower Junction is they would be able to deliver flowers for her on the 31st. They wrote back saying they weren’t delivering on that date, but could deliver the day before or on the 3rd. I explained my daughter was traveling and would not return until late on the 30th, and the 3rd would be too late. They made an exception and delivered on the 31st!!! Above and beyond, I will always order from FJ, they rock.

I called from out of state to order flowers for my daughter is expecting her first baby and my first grandchild flowers for Mother’s Day. I was told I was going to get blue flowers with babies breath. I never got that I got red roses and orange flowers. I’m sure it was a mistake on the delivery, I spoke to a stylist she specifically told me that she would deliver flowers that would be blue and having a grandson and white and that’s not what I got and I was told that that was what I would get. Disappointed.

Ordering was easy on line, thanks, and while local delivery ran into some hiccups, the flowers we sent our daughter look lovely. I ordered the larger bouquet and from the photo my daughter took it appeared the added elements were mostly greens not additional blossoms.

I called in advance to make sure special instructions would be followed. I was told by the lady on the phone that she would make sure it got done. the note included said "I'll love you until the last flower dies" but didn't include the flower that CANT DIE. I simply would not have placed an order with this place if I was told truthfully in advance when I had called to ask if it was possible to carry out the instructions. and even if I didn't call in advance you would think something would click when the florist wrote the card and thought to themselves "weird flowers only last like two weeks that's not very romantic" and call to verify?

Another unexpected emergency arose, and Aflowerjunction was the only florist who could cover the request for a bear and balloons for a child who had emergency surgery at Dell’s Children’s Hospital. I ordered online at night and they filled and delivered the very next day.
Our little Princess made it through an extremely difficulty surgery and was not only surprised but elated to receive the awesome gift. Special thanks to Terrisia and the entire staff of Aflowerjunction for speedy service and another fantastic arrangement.

The one star is not for the arraignment but the poor communication on expectations from the business office on when the flowers would arrive.

Customer service was beautiful. I came in looking fr a simple arrangement with a picture to somewhat piggyback off of. She didn’t tell me what she couldn’t do. She told me this is what ai have and what I can do. Then she did it. Very sweet and kind. Also has affordable and reasonable prices. I will definitely be using this florist in the future.

I was quite disappointed with the size of the arrangement. I paid for a premium arrangement and it didn’t look much different than the standard one pictured. My sister was a little shocked when seeing it on the table because it was for a small wedding party that I was unable to attend. For 110$ I thought it would be much different

Flower arrived same day as scheduled but website said would arrive in 2-4 hours. They arrived 8 hours later. The quality was okay. Some smaller flowers were broken on arrival and wilting (like it was in a hot car for delivery. Roses didn't last long.

I so appreciate the prompt preparation and delivery of my purchase. I felt the overall symmetry of the delivered arrangement was not quite as I pictured. I liked the rounded fullness of the displayed daisy bowl, but the one my friend received did not have that same appearance. There were blooms sticking up and out of the bowl, not the rounded look I was hoping for. That is reason, I just felt it could be better.

A little story, I went on AMAZON to order something sweet for my husband, but the delivery date was changed they put me through a lot of stress. My hubby is a TEXAS STATE TROOPER, so I wanted to brighten his stressful work week, and delivery time was of the essence. I was literally in tears I looked up a flower shop and called for the very first time. A wonderful lady with Corporate answered, and I just told her everything. She was very sweet however the delivery truck was already out. However, they went out of their way, to meet my time deadline, she had assured me delivery would happen on time and it did. Upon completion with the Designer, I was transferred back to Madi so I could complete the order and payment. Both lady’s were polite and extremely professional.

Update. It’s 830 pm and still no flowers. The owner initially blamed it on me because I signed the card message as dolly. This was intentional. She said she delayed delivery to make sure this was accurate and told me I gave the wrong number and they tried to reach me many times. My gut tells me this isn’t true. I also gave an email, but never was emailed. I have no proof of what number I gave, but I feel confident after reading more reviews, this is an issue they have often and make excuses for. I never got the flowers, and apology, or an explanation. I have charged it back on credit card.

I came back to this flower shop because I was pleased the first time I used them but this time I’m very disappointed with their service. I ordered flowers a week in advance thinking that would help get the flowers delivered early on the scheduled day. Apparently that is not how it works. It asked if the place was a business and what hours it is open. My wife leaves early so my first mistake was writing down that they had to be delivered before 4pm as that is when my wife leaves. 11:30am still no flowers, 2:30pm no flowers so I called. As I spoke to a lady who answered, she was defensive and would not let me talk. She continued to talk over me as I tried to ask why they had not been delivered. 45 mins before my wife left for the day the flowers were delivered. Why would I pay $150 for flowers to be delivered at the end of the day on our anniversary? Very disappointed.

Amazing Florist! They went above and beyond when we needed same day delivery for a loved one who had to put down their dog of 15 yrs. The delivery driver had already left but they went out of their way to get the flowers delivered as we live long distance and had no other option.

I wanted some flowers delivered to my sister was in the Hospital. Their delivery person called me and told me there was no patient services at that location! I gave the wrong address when I placed my order. She offered to make the delivery later ON HER OWN TIME if I could get her the right information!
My sister, who is very sick, called me later that day to thank me. She said many people that evening had come into her room to ask/comment about the beautiful flower arrangement - She really enjoyed them! I had them add a few extra flowers ;)

First let me say to order online was very easy and your prices are amazing! I have for sure found my go to for flower delivery. I received a call to let me know that they had an issue with the type of flower requested. Most places just replace with whatever they want. So we moved the delivery date. I got a call the next day and was told they have the sunflowers but they were a little smaller then what the normally use for the arrangement. I was told they would make sure the arrangement was full and beautiful and it was! My Girlfriend loved it! Hands down the best customer service in town and so many options in flowers. Spent an outrageous $135 to have "this" bouquet of 12 roses sent to an office in West Lake Hills. The flowers looked terrible and nothing like this photo. Very disappointed. When I saw them, I quickly went to a local supermarket and paid $15 for a beautiful bouquet of 18 roses. Six more roses! I left photos on my Google review - check them out. How do you mess up a dozen roses? I could have used the $120 I would have saved and gone to nice dinner.

What they sent looked very disappointing. I called and spoke to someone and she said she could send what I ordered and pick up the other arrangement. I said no, that is tacky. I ordered three arrangements from A Flower Junction. This one was beautiful. While the flowers were typical; lilies, roses and snapdragons, the composition was sublime. I provided nearly the same color requests for all three bouquets and this is the only one that excelled. Because of this arrangement I would probably use A Flower Junction again. Lesson learned. Be very specific and keep expectations realistic. They succeeded with this one.

I live in Oklahoma and wanted to send flowers to a friend to brighten her day (Saturday same day delivery). My friend sent me a picture along with a thank you message, the arrangement was beautiful and fresh. On Wednesday, she sent me another picture saying they are the flowers that keep on giving!! The arrangement had exploded with new blooms!! I appreciate the fact that the arrangement had so many flowers that were not in bloom yet making the arrangement last so long. Flowers were great but I believe the company should print out the message in the card not all people have good handwriting. The message I wrote was clearly on the card but in two sections front and back. The “problem” was that the front finished where it said I can’t love you. It continues in the back to finish off a beautiful message. But I can just imagine some one reading that.

This place had a massive selection of bouquets and they delivered SAME DAY! 10/10 would recommend for next day delivery!! Sometimes you just don't have days in advance when you need to show someone you love a real gesture. Sometimes things happen and you need to be there from afar right away. SO many websites boast next day delivery but then when you get on the site they don't, or the bouquets the do offer are very basic and boring and insanely priced. Also, it's important to me to try to shop local and not through a major online business. I honestly was waiting for my order to not go through because it seemed too good to be true - not to mention it's valentines week!!!! I checked the date about 5 times just to make sure it somehow hadn't automatically changed to a week from when I wanted them delivered. I put in the order the night I found out some hard news for my sister-in-law online and boom the next morning I got a text from her about how gorgeous they were. It's more than I might spend if I had time to send flowers well in advance but if you need a gesture right away in the Austin area - this was the best way I could have gone (and I looked at a LOT of places!)

I ordered the designers choice and opted for the extra $20 in blooms. In my opinion the "design" wasn't exactly inspired, just stems in a vase with ferns beneath. The stems werent varried in length at all and it seems like the greens could have been arranged to showcase the blooms. The flowers themselves appear to be quite lovely and I'm sure they were appreciated by the recipient, I was just expecting a more "designed" look.

The arrangement I ordered online was nothing like what was received by my 6 year old granddaughter. While the flowers she received were done nicely, there was little color in the arrangement, making it more somber. The gift was meant as a pick-me-up, and it did not present that way. I ordered these flowers from Colorado to be delivered to my uncle who was at a hospital in Austin. There were some hurdles in making the delivery as my uncle was in the ICU and the hospital wouldn't allow delivery. A Flower Junction worked with me and rescheduled the delivery. I enjoyed the same day service and the flowers were beautiful but I choose the upgraded floral arrangement and received a picture of the flowers from the recipient. There was one extra rose and then the filler for $25! The recipients bouquet looked no different from the basic picture online so I'm disappointed I paid extra and did not receive a bigger arrangement. I called to report this and the lady who answered the phone couldn't have been less interested or apologetic.

I upgraded the arrangement from a standard to a deluxe and it looks like it actually has fewer flowers than the standard picture. I also asked the florist to take a picture of the arrangement and text it to me. She didn't and I had to call to request it again.

I ordered these flowers last minute from California. It was simple to do online and the flowers got to my aunt's house right on time before Mother's Day. Although they didn't have the exact colors displayed online, they still made sure the bouquet looked beautiful. Very pleased with everything and I would order again.

Well, I was disappointed that this beautiful arrangement arrived with just two flowering buds. The rest of the “premium” bouquet was buds, which would not probably bloom for a week and this was for a death and I would have preferred it to be at least 50% white, instead of 90% leaves.

Awful experience!!! Spent nearly $90 on flowers and PRINTED card to send to my mother and they arrived half dead and the card was WRITTEN by what looked like a 7 year old and had scribbled out words and looked a mess. I have tried to reach out over phone and Facebook and have not been answered.

The arrangement was delivered to the wrong address. Therefore it was delivered the next day, and not on her birthday as I had planned. It also was not a surprise. I paid for a premium arrangement and it didn’t look like much was done extra. The florist was very apologetic about the mistake but didn’t offer any discount or cancellation of the delivery fee.

The flowers were beautiful, however the name was spelled karla and not kala on the card. Which, in reality isn’t a huge deal but rather unfortunate considering these were a very special and sensitive delivery and were not a cheap purchase.

Being locally close to its destination it was delivered past noon. When delivered the some of the flowers look damaged/dead and the vase had no water. To be honest, I’ve received better service and quality of presentation for the money spent. I’ve seen local grocery stores with better presentation at a reasonable cost. I don’t like to leave bad score cards, but I don’t always spend money on flowers like this all the time. These were a special anniversary gift to my wife before starting the weekend.

I ordered Valentine flowers for my lovely bride with a delivery on a Wednesday. (Valentine's Day is on Friday this year). Flowers, however, were delivered on the Tuesday, which I didn't want because there was an office party that day. But, flowers were ALSO delivered on Wednesday. Two rose bouquets for the price of one! I payed for the premium bouquet and there were not as many flowers in the picture. Example the pic has 5 gladiolus the bouquet had 4. The flowers were not evenly dispersed. A 5 roses on the left 5 roses on the right. What would the smaller bouquets have looked liked? What extra was I paying for?

However, I received a call that the store ran out of flowers and would not be able to deliver and that I would receive a refund. Although disappointing, I understand the problem because I ordered them the day of Mother’s Day. However, I have not received this refund.

I feel as if the bouquet was not as full as the picture shows. My Director who I sent it to for hir birthday love the flowers, and they were pretty. However, again the picture shows like more than 6 roses and the bouquet she got only had 3 roses and maybe 6-8 other flowers. The service was great, arrived at a great time, so I am impressed with customer service. However, there should be a description of what is included or a better image of the description.

I received emails text and even phone calls from the gentleman that was delivering the flowers that he was running 5 minutes late. Bingo at 2:05 the beautiful healthy roses and vase were delivered in perfect condition. Hats off to the Flower Junction. OUTSTANDING WORK!!

All the other florists who were listed as open either were not open OR just did not answer their phones OR did not call me back. Didn’t look anything like the picture. Replaced the most expensive flowers in the arrangement with cheaper ones. I paid extra to have a delux arrangement.. guess that's putting filler flowers. Didn’t deliver it till 6pm even though their delivery charge was expensive. I’ll never use them again and I hope you won’t either

Everything was very professionally handled. Realizing that it was a very short fuse order request, the respect was given via message to inform me that the flower arrangement would be altered with a contact number available. My niece was not moved into a regular room at the hospital yet, and the lady that contacted me was very polite and courteous about trying to take care of the delivery. The altered arrangement was still beautiful. My niece has a very long recovery after surgery and the flowers being there on day one was comforting to see her being lifted up. Thank everyone involved. I am very grateful.

I am very disappointed to say that the bouquet delivered was not made like this one at all. The vase was long and there was wrinkled tissue paper sticking out everywhere. The flowers were different from the ones in the picture. I had actually ordered the one that had more flowers which I thought was going to be prettier, but it was not. This was my very first time ever delivering flowers and it will probably be the last time as well.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received

Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
