Floral art has become a true passion of mine and I truly can’t get enough. The industry is constantly evolving and designs are endless... I was introduced to flowers in 1999, and soon after I moved to Southern California, where I spent 10 years, learning from the best. I wasn't super impressed by the boquet received vs what is picutred, and I upgraded to the Deluxe size and feel the amount of blooms is lacking. It's giving more friend of The Life of the Party, not The Life of the Party themself. But my reciepient likes them and that is really what matters.

I’m from Idaho, but I wanted to send flowers to a friend recovering from surgery in Colorado Springs. There were many to chose from, but I loved the selection A Flower Girl’s Dream had. They were speedy and the arrangement was gorgeous. But I thought ac special touch was they wrote my note on an actual card and not just a small piece of paper. Highly recommend!!

My fault as I did not specify that I wanted it put around the neck of the vase with two ribbons hanging the length of it.

The delivery was on time; however, they DID NOT send me an image upon delivery, as promised, and THIS REQUEST WAS NOTED IN MY ORDER. Should they have sent me the photo, I would have asked them to make it more colorful, as the picture shows, even though it may cost me more money. The girl who answered my call for the image told me they would do that later, but it never came.
It is EXPENSIVE. I did it partially to support a local community business. A $80 bouquet ended up cost me $120, including tax, delivery, and tips. Is it worth it? I don't know....

I ordered these for my mother who was in the hospital. Ironically, she was discharged before they were delivered. The sales associate called me and volunteered to deliver them to my mothers home, even though it was way outside their delivery area. She stated that she lived near my mother and would happily deliver them on her way home! You don't find customer service like this anymore. Thank you so much and my mother loves the flowers!

I would like to give a negative star rating if that was possible. My sister and I ordered these flowers for a funeral. I was the only one who actually attended the funeral. I was looking all over for the flowers that we sent. When someone pointed them out, I was shocked! There was no way those were the flowers that we purchased and paid a premium price for!!! They were flat on top, flowers sticking out all over the sides, wilty roses.... a business card was in the note. I removed the note so no one would know they were from us!!! Then when we contacted the "floral" shop, they said it was not their fault, and there was nothing that they could do. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

The arrangement delivered was not at all representative of the Bloom Nation "Life of the Party" I ordered on line. The photo is full and lush. What my dear friend received was skimpy and scrawny with few if any of the flowers in the description and no fill foliage whatsoever. Pitiful. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. I will provide a photo of what was delivered upon request. I believe you owe me an explanation, if not a refund. If you have to substitute, at the very least, the arrangement should fulfill its original intent, shape, form and fullness.

I am so impressed with this company! Their customer service is excellent! I live in California and wanted to send my mom flowers, I wasn't very happy with what she received, (it was partly my misunderstanding), and was just expecting MAYBE a few dollars off a future order IF that. Instead they sent a new arrangement to my mom! It was gorgeous! She was floored! I will also say that I have ordered with them in the past and had zero issues. My aunt loved her birthday bouquet. She has very discerning taste, and commented that the florist I used is probably the very best in town. I live in another state, and found them through an online search of reviews for florists in Colorado Springs. This was the second time I’ve ordered from A Flower Girl’s Dream, and my aunt loved the last arrangement as well. They lasted so long that she even took some of the later blooming Lillys to place at my grandparents’ columbarium after a week’s time. The price is a bit higher, but well worth the expense.

The option online is confusing and I was reminded again, the handwriting is not mine. Oh, and I don't love inflation. The arrangement my mother received yesterday was not as pictured here. Instead it was tall, which consequently made it look sparse. She said there were only four roses in the arrangement (the picture shows five to seven roses), there wasn't the amount of pine greenery (so their small apartment could smell "festive") and simple baby's breath replaced the white flowers, all as shown here. And it looked as if it were arranged by extra help hired just for the holiday. With delivery, tax and tip this was over $100, and I don't think I received my money's worth.

My friend loved her birthday flowers. The flowers and colors used were similar to the photo but it’s confusing to order because the actual arrangement was in a different container than the photo (and looked to be a little smaller). Overall happy with the arrangement that was delivered but if there are three options and only one photo (instead of a different photo for each of the three options) for the ordering process then it’s a little confusing as to what exactly you’re going to receive.

Surprised my mom with these flowers for Mother’s Day. I ordered the Deluxe and the flowers were pretty but didn’t even look as full as the picture on the website. It has significantly less floral blooms and honestly looked very empty compared to what it should have been (if the online photo is an accurate representation of what the floral arrangement should look like). Definitely was not worth the price in my opinion.

I had a great experience with this purchase. I sent a floral arrangement to my daughter-in-law on the first day of her new job. I didn't see it in person but the picture that my daughter-in-law sent showed it to be gorgeous. I ordered it online which was a great experience as well. The arrangement delivered seems to have fewer flowers. The arrangement in the picture looks more modern and the one we received seems old school. Then said they could deliver the next day but without even trying to make up for their insufficiency. The flowers that were delivered were completely different then the picture on your website... not real bad but did not have any hydreageas or orchids and instead used cheaper flowers like lilies and alstromerias. I did chose this arrangement for the combination of roses, hydregeas and orchids for a sophisticated look. Instead what was delivered was more pink and mix of many flowers. The recepiant loved it and that is all that matters but you may want to update the website so it is more true to what is sent.

The arrangement received, while pretty, looked nothing at all like the photo. It was specifically chosen for the square, short vase which was not what arrived. This photo shows more flowers than greens, and the arrangement received was the opposite. The roses in this photo are bright and colorful, the roses in the arrangement received are pastels. Perhaps this is related to the pandemic so didn’t want to complain, but I can’t be certain that I would spend $77 with this vendor again unless I could get a bouquet that more closely matched the photo on the website. It doesn’t have to be exact, but I would have appreciated a call to let me know that the arrangement was going to be very different from the photo.

On behalf of the company I work for I bought 4 arrangements to be delivered to 4 different addresses the following day. When I called the store to inquire about arrangements and delivery I believe I spoke to the owner/florist. She was incredibly helpful and I knew I had made the right choice by going with a local florist. When the arrangements were delivered the following day, the reciepents called to say how beautiful the arrangements were. Also, I had the incorrect suite address for one of the deliveries. The delivery woman went out of her way to ask around and deliver the arrangement to the correct suite. Would definitely recommend - great value compared to the nationwide companies that ship your arrangement in a box but still charge for delivery. The arrangement looks better than pictured and it's great to support a local business!

Just saw the bouquet yesterday. They were gorgeous! It is undoubtedly the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen and it was very big! There was a minor problem with my order. I was notified immediately (by the a female florist whose name I have unfortunately forgotten), apologized to professionally and offered several suggestions on a resolution. The problem was solved and I was even contacted by the delivery person about where to leave the arrangement because my wife wasn't home to receive them.
My was was having a pretty rough day at the office and A Flower Girls Dream made her day and our anniversary feel not far apart.

The difference in both volume and appearance of bouquet was far greater than anticipated. I was looking for something to really “wow” and it was a bit flat. We will try you all again, but probably not with substitutions. With Covid I’m sure it is not easy to source, but this was still less than expected.

The flowers as -ordered were not available, so the florist phoned us and we gave her a very brief description of what we wanted for our daughter. The resulting arrangement exceeded all our expectations. We're from out of town, so it's nice to know a good florist in CS, as we have family there.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
