|**Also, someone there text the recipient/my wife early the morning of delivery asking a question about the order rather than messaging me, the one who purchased it. The website asked for my phone number and the phone number of who is receiving it. Needless to say, you certainly ruined the surprise...
The only cool thing was the jar vase it came in, for 2 stars.

We messaged the number we seen listed as the sender. We also sent you a picture of the arrangement stated that we removed the regular because of some of the flowers were out of stock at our wholesaler. We also stated if you did not want the updated version (which is yellow and white) would make it as close as possible. The reply was the one the new one was fine. We text have proof of what was stated between us the customer so there is no misunderstandings. I have screen shots I can send to your email to show the response.

|It in No Way resembled the design, or the simple flowers that would of been beautiful.
If it wasn't for my nieces birthday I would ask for a refund.
I will not be using this florist again.

Although I am disappointed by this, I have no choice but to accept it. Her birthday is today.
I normally spend a certain amount of time trying to select the appropriate design for the person I'm sending them to, so if you could make it match as close as possible I would appreciate it.

I apologize but we have no control over our flowers arriving a day late. I have to email others about this as well. We got our flowers directly from the farms. They all go to Miami first and then come to us. If there is a problem in Miami it throws everything a day late.

You agreed to the arrangement being made different. We would not had a problem canceling the order on yesterday. This is why I email about changes to give you the change to either okay it, move it to a different delivery date or cancel the order. The arrangement was made with would I thought was close to the arrangement you picked. We even used more expensive flowers (Lilies) in place of the Tulips. Thank you for review have a great day.

We apologize that you felt the arrangement was not made at the correct price . I will say that the taxes, tip and delivery fee are all separate from the arrangement price. After reviewing your picture and responding to your email we did notice there were flowers missing from the arrangement. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
