At BloomNation, we believe that local businesses are the heart of every community. As a platform dedicated to helping local florists grow and thrive, we're proud to launch the BloomNation Support Local Scholarship for students who share our passion for local economies, small businesses, and community resilience.
Each year, we will award $1,500 to one outstanding student who demonstrates a commitment to championing small businesses and shopping locally.
To apply, you must:
Be enrolled full‑time at an accredited U.S. college or university in an upcoming or current semester.
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Discuss the importance of supporting local businesses in creating vibrant and resilient communities. Share your personal experiences or observations and explain how your future educational pursuits will equip you to champion local enterprises.

Any full-time student enrolled (or planning to enroll) at a U.S. accredited college or university in Fall 2025 with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
No. All majors are welcome. We are looking for passion and alignment with the theme.
Only U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible at this time.
Applications will be scored using a judging rubric focused on originality, insight, and connection to the theme. Finalists may be contacted for additional verification.
We may feature selected submissions (with permission) on our blog or social media to inspire others and promote local advocacy.
