Two issues:
1- the vase was very small and not like the picture on the website. Looked much poorer arrangement than ordered,the fillers were different cheaper, the hydrangeas were smaller
2- delivery person did not ring the bell just left outside. The recipient found out hours later when a follow up call was made by the sender

Very lovely but using the online ordering caused a mix up in the deliveries while ordering multiple bouquets. I would suggest placing orders for multiple deliveries separately. Bouquet itself was awesome and perfect.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
