This was my first time ordering from zen garden and it won't be my last! I picked an arrangement that was a "next day" delivery item but in my comments section I asked if it could be sent same day. Not only did they deliver it same day but the florist text me and sent me a pic of my arrangement with upgraded flowers! I was so impressed! Junko was so kind in arranging a stunning orchid flower arrangement for my daughter; she personally called me to make sure I was happy with what she arranged before delivering it and used my daughter's favorite colors. Also, they agreed to change the delivery date to a day later as I found out last minute my daughter had taken the day off that I had chosen to deliver the flowers. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
