Wildflower Designs is the best. I've been using them for years to send flowers to my elderly mother. Their arrangements are consistently beautiful and long-lasting. The staff are always accommodating, friendly, and helpful, and they deliver the flowers right to my mother's second floor apartment. Their customer service is top notch.

A fantastic experience, everytime! I did not have the flower recipient's phone number so could not fill out the delivery form completely. Jack reached out to me to see if I had the number and then took it upon himself to go to the address (near to the shop ) to find out if they would be home to receive the bouquet to keep it out of this January cold. He went back a second time after he had made the arrangement to deliver it. Customer service and thoughtfulness you can only get from a local business that cares about its community. Wildflower Designs is wonderful.

Patricia, the flowers that were delivered were in fact an upright one sided arrangement in a clear glass vase as shown in the picture you chose. I assume the problem you may be having is with the angle in which the picture was taken. Since the recipient took the picture and not us, I cannot be sure of what it is you were looking at. I make this assumption because your comment was that the flowers looked round and you couldn't see the vase, which makes up almost 50% of the height of the arrangement. The only thing that I can 100% assure you is that the flowers delivered was an upright, one sided arrangement in a clear glass vase as shown in the picture. I would suggest that you contact the recipient and have them take a more frontal picture of the arrangement. We are glad that both you and the recipient was happy with their flowers and with the sentiment that they were meant to convey. Basically you gave us a mediocre review because of a bad picture we didn't take.

I was delighted to discover Wildflowers in Malden. The best thing of all was that the arrangement I ordered was exactly like the photo on their website. Sadly, this is not often the case. I realize substitutions are sometimes necessary but the actual arrangement should be as exact a replica as possible. My daughter phoned me and showed me the arrangement and we were both delighted. Five stars, thank you!

I was more than satisfied with my recent purchase for my granddaughter’s Birthday. I had her send me a picture and it was exactly like the photo I chose it from. I was especially impressed with the amount of the gorgeous white roses. There was no skimping on the quality of the flowers and I would definitely choose this florist again. I live on Cape Ann and have ordered flowers from local florists and paid a similar price so I was blown away with the difference. I only wish you could deliver to my area but I know that is impossible lol. This was our first order with Wildflower Designs. We ordered a funeral spray for a friends service. It was beautiful. Looked even better in person. The spray was delivered as promised.
It can be sketchy ordering from someplace new particularly if you are out of state and are not familiar with the business. I would definitely order from Wildflower Designs again and highly recommend them if you are looking for beautiful, reasonably priced arrangements of any kind. Very happy.

The flowers were awesome but I did not appreciate the fact that the florist called the recipient an hour before delivery to ask if he’d be home when this was an anniversary surprise. That was very disappointing that my surprise was ruined. They should’ve known better than that and to call me.

We have a store policy of setting up delivery times unless otherwise noted in the special instruction section of the order. In reviewing your order there was no comments about not calling the recipient. We have this policy to ensure that the flowers get into the recipient's hands in the best possible condition. In you specific case the flowers were delivered to an apartment building. If no one was home there would not have even been a place to leave a message alerting the recipient of an attempted delivery. We made a business decision to never leave flowers sitting outside a home or apartment under any circumstances. Again, we recognize and appreciate that you chose to do business with our store and we take the process of fulfilling orders very seriously and in our 15 years of experience we have found that setting up delivery times with either the recipient or the sender is the best way to ensure the flowers arrive in the best condition. Certainly if you had asked me to contact you directly and not call the recipient we would have honored your request.

The flower arrangements depicted on the website are exactly what you get but in person you can tell they only pick the perfect full bodied flowers that last for days. Reasonably priced and prompt delivery service. They are now my go to florist in the Malden area.

I have been totally pleased from the on line ordering to the delivery of my orders. Years ago I went to Wild Flowers for my Dads funeral flowers. Wild Flowers will put together traditional arrangements and they excell at adding a twist to make your arrangement not so common I just had an arrangement sent to an aunt for her birthday. They arrived without substitution of flowers looking fresh and beautiful . She was so delighted making me delighted. Only florist for me. Highly recommend!

I was very happy to see our arrangement displayed, and thought it looked lovely. There weren't as many lilies as I thought would accompany the roses, but perhaps that was due to the price of flowers at this point in the season. I also really appreciated how Wildflower confirms your purchase with an automated receipt both immediately after the transaction and also confirms when the arrangement has been delivered. Overall a wonderful experience. Would certainly use WD again.

The potted arrangement was pretty close to what is pictured, with philodendron, prayer plant, peace plant with two blooms and a palm. A snake plant was apparently substituted for the arrowhead plant (my favorite houseplant) so that was a tiny bummer to me. But I like snake plant too! So I appreciate that it (and not devil's ivy--ugh!) was substituted for the missing arrowhead. The ceramic pot was not blue but a pale yellow and soft orange multi-colored ceramic pot with a basket weave surface pattern. To me it was not as attractive as the blue pots pictured, however they undoubtedly do the best they can to match the sample picture. The arrangement was delivered on time on the same day it was ordered, as promised. In the "special instructions" section I requested some sort of personalization if possible, relating to a dog, e.g. a paw print, along with my sympathy note. I do not know if this was done; if it was, my recipient didn't mention it. I ordered with only an hour to spare before deadline, so obviously didn't give them much time to fulfill a special request. Exceptional or "amazing" service, to me, would have been a reply to this request--whether affirmative or apologetic--or pointing me to some other section of the website where such a card could be found. Of course the mark of an exceptional customer would have been to poke around a bit myself, or phone and talk to someone if it was that important to me! I do understand florists often get extremely busy, especially toward deadline, so not getting a reply was totally understandable and of course there's nothing to indicate one should be expected. Doing exactly what you advertise shouldn't be "amazing" (the descriptor above associated with a five-star review) so I'm giving a solid four stars for a job well done and fairly close to matching the illustration. I depend a lot on others' reviews, so hope this in turn has been helpful. I do recommend this florist without reservation. Thanks!

They processed the order quickly the next day and gave my sister a couple calls before they were going to be delivered, to ensure she would be home to receive them. I didn't get a picture from her on how the flowers looked, but she said that they were gorgeous. I would be happy to do business with them again.
