Could not have asked for better service! My dear mother passed away and I sent flowers to her grieving boyfriend of 30 years! I told the florist that he’s not steady on his feet! Best place in Conejo Valley in my opinion. Only issue on this last order was that it didn't arrive until 2:30pm in the afternoon, which seems kind of late when delivering to a business (and yes, I placed the order the prior week so that shouldn't have factored in to it). Thank goodness the employee was still at the office.

I would like to update my previous review. Westlake village florist is a wonderful florist with magnificent floral arrangements- not the everyday FTD stuff! I thought some of the Mini roses in my arrangement looked dry but they have started to open up and look just fine. But the manager of the florist offered to send me replacements anyway. This is a very reputable florist and they deserve a 5 star review!

I chose this beautiful arrangement because of the uniqueness of the design. I loved the bright pink colors used as well. The arrangement that was delivered, while still pretty, just totally missed the mark. Mostly white or very light pink tulips were used and the flowers were arranged in a way that was not unique at all. I appreciate that there were more orchids in the arrangement than what was pictured, but I just loved the style of the arrangement in the picture and that was not delivered :(

The owner Kathy is very nice and sweet and she sent me an arrengment the second time when I told her the flowers I received did not look nicely done with high end flowers as the pictures on line. If I have to give rating for Kathy's customer service that would be 5 stars. This review is for the flowers.
My spring basket even the second time it lacked the flowers I hoped for. Not only that, the arrengment looked liked it was done in a hurry which makes me sad. I want to know what it takes to receive the flowers shown on line and posted by other customers. I will pay more if that is what it takes but I already had paid $135.00 including tax and delivery.
I understand the pandamic but the reason why I order flowers is for pampering at this time, for myself and others. And if the flowers are not available, I do not want to place a order. I might as well just buy farmer's market flowers and support our farmers.

This is the problem with buying from online. You are forced to just buy what they show. Next time I will call and just ask for a dozen roses.

The arrangement was pretty, but was way over priced! I order flowers for delivery to my wife regularly, and this was my first time trying out Westlake Florist.... I paid $60 ($80+ after delivery fee and tax) for an arrangement that should have really cost $30, maybe $35, maybe $40 if we lived in Bel-Air... 5 roses, a whole bunch of tiny carnations, a bunch of green, and all in a $4 glass vase.. for $60? The actual arrangement delivered was less ample than the picture on the website, and simply too small for the $80 out-the-door price I paid. Too bad! I'll have to look elsewhere for a florist that doesn't come across as a rip-off, and the fact the owner never followed up to talk about this adds to the disappointment!

Ugh! If I could give Westlake Florist a NO STAR rating I would. This place is terrible, the only good thing was that the owner (who contracted my order out to a company called Blue Nation) gave me a 50% refund. First of all the arrangement I ordered for my wife for Valentine’s Day was late. Past the time that I purposefully specified during the time of order. My wife had already left for the day, and would not be returning for a couple of days. We decided to make the four hour trip to her office to pick them up. What we found were wilted, droopy, and rotten flowers in cloudy water. When changing the water to try and salvage something, the stems were all rotten and smelly. This was the first time sending my wife long stems for Valentine’s, and it was a huge disappointment. I would NOT use Westlake Florist ever again nor would I recommend them to any friend.

I was so pleased with the quality of service at Westlake Florist! I am from New York and wanted to order an arrangement for a friend of mine in Westlake. After a quick search, I found that Westlake Florist offered same day deliveries. I ordered a cute "Cotton Candy" arrangement and it was delivered within an hour of the order being placed!! They were even thoughtful enough to call me and ask if they could or could not call my friend prior to the delivery--thinking that it may be intended as a surprise (which, it was). Finally, I left some directions for the delivery (including a short sentence to be said with the delivery), and, as I hear, it was done exactly as I asked! Needless to say, my friend loved the arrangement and I am very pleased with Westlake Florist!

My arrangement that I picked was so beautiful with soft pinks , bright pinks with smoother light grey rocks and what actually went out wasn't even close . What was actually delivered was a dull mostly white flowers with hydrangeas on either side of the arrangements that looked so unbalanced , like Pom poms sticking out if the arrangements. The rocks didn't even cover the stems like the picture showed I was SO dissapointed this was a very important arrangement . I will never order on line again
