The flower arrangement that arrived was even prettier than the picture! Very good size (ordered the medium one) and all of the flowers are absolutely beautiful. I ordered a floral arrangement through Westend Garden’s website for a visitation and funeral, then called with a follow up question. Even though it was a few minutes before closing, I was greeted by the sweetest person who went out of her way to help me and assure me that my enclosed message could be corrected. I also mentioned that I forgot to request delivery by a certain time for the visitation, and she assured me that she always double-checks visitation times posted at the funeral home to make sure there isn’t an error on the customer’s end. Wow! I appreciate that kind of service! Plus, the floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, expressing my condolences perfectly.

Although WEG was out of the design I ordered, I was called right away with a equally wonderful design to replace with a couple options for stone color. Always the best experience and most beautiful arrangements.
I grew up not far from the shop and will continue to shop with them for all of my quad-city friends and family who still reside there.

Beautiful arrangement, done just as pictured. If I could change anything, it would have been to pay the extra $10 or $20 to enhance the flowers. After seeing arrangement, I would have spent a little more (as suggested) because the sunflowers where absolutely gorgeous and i wish there were more of them.

My bestfriend and are were feeling distance cause she lives in Illinois and I live in Alabama. We had a disagreement and I wanted to show her I still loved her and whatever it was we could get past it. I called West End around 2pm to see if the flowers were on the truck and the woman I spoke with said they were. Not long after that I received a call back from the flourist I forget her name but she was very very pleasant and told me that my friend loved the flowers and the card that was sent with it. If you ever need to make a friend feel loved or show someone you’re thinking of them, this is the flourist. I was so surprised that she called me back to tell me how it went with my friend. My experience with West End Gardens couldn't have been better. Sue, the owner clearly takes great pride in her work, and she is an absolute sweetheart. I had ordered online for a same day delivery. Within maybe 20 minutes I received a call from Sue letting me know that there was a particular flower that wasn't currently available. I gave her freedom to do whatever else she wanted with it. The results were absolutely stunning. She had put in my mom's favorite flower and had delivered it before lunch. I would highly recommend them to anyone! love, love, LOVE the experience I had. I left detailed instructions when I placed the order, but I don't think they were read at all. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise for my girlfriend, so I outlined that any questions should be addressed to myself and gave my number. I also included a time window for delivery. Instead, someone called my girlfriend to ask what time they should drop the flowers off, ruining the surprise completely. The basket that the flowers came in also leaked and got water everywhere. I won't be ordering flowers through this company again.
