It is sometimes difficult to get things like flowers delivered to Pratt, The Flower Shoppe is local and on time with great product offering. Plus I ALWAYS want to support local business whenever possible.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! I specifically asked for more lavender and purple. What I received wasn't even close to the photo. It was red and white carnations and white glads with palm leaves. Nothing even similar to the phone shown. Certainly not worth the price I paid!

sorry you were disappointed in your order. i substituted peppermint carnations since we were out of white, I also had a different type of pine cone and clear cube because red are not available from our wholesalers. during these times we try to give the best value but have to substitute at the end of the holiday.

I am sorry you were disappointed in your plant. I did not have the exact handled basket and the assortment of plants in the combination planter were different than shown. We rely on our suppliers to find the closest source available to us to fill these orders but during this plant shortage we have limited resources available.

This is the second time in recent months that I have frequented your business and while I appreciate the quality of work, there is a disconnect with what is shown online and what is being produced.
Also, I understand that sometimes substitutions are necessary, but when I choose an arrangement that show roses only to find out that carnations were substituted, in my opinion that is not of equal value or what I paid for.
Unfortunately, it was another disappointment.

I appreciated the phone call letting me know I had duplicated an order. HOWEVER, the resulting arrangement was VERY disappointing and not well put together at all. It appears that it was just some leftover flowers put into a vase - no color coordination or indication that the flowers were in an arrangement.

I am sorry you felt this bouquet was below your expectations. You said there was no color coordination, however you chose a bright and colorful mix on the original order so I used several colors that were different than the other matching order to give the recipient a variety of flowers. They were not leftover flowers at all.

I wanted to shop local and supporyt Pratt KS since I live in TX. I ordered online and my only specification was that the flowers get to my grandma on her bday. I gave me grandma's ph # that she has had I the very tiny town of Pratt KS for 60+ yrs for the delivery info. I called on my lunch break to see if the flowers had been delivered, Lynn said she has tried to reach my grandmother 3-4×. I find that highly unusually for grandma to step away since I have heard from other fam members that she doesn't have any plans. Well...come 5:00 when the shop is closing I call, Lynn answers and says she's with a customer but she will deliver the flowers. This is a tinnnnnnny town in comparison to where I'm located and flowers are delivered on time + it was not a holiday or special occasion. I'm not impressed with the service and will order elsewhere next time. My grandparents have had the same ph# for 60 yrs and they were at the house all day long, did not leave. There was no reason the delivery should have been at 5:45. Period.

I guess I had high expectations... my sister had just ordered two dozen yellow roses a week before, for our Mother's birthday, they were absolutely beautiful... so I went to your sight and found this daisy arrangement and asked for the premium package. My Mother sent me a picture of them with herself to say thank you, the daisies did not look fresh or perky... a few looked wilted already. So yes I was a bit disappointed .
