I've ordered from you before, but the flowers seemed a bit underwhelming this time. There were too many carnations and not enough key flowers, and the good stuff didn't go all the way around the bouquet.

We are sorry to hear that. But we filled your order based on the recipe of the product you ordered on line. We do not even use carnations unless they are specifically requested. Also the bouquet is built as more of a "one-sided" bouquet (also based on recipe of the online product). You may be better served to choose an alternate product or come in the store directly. Our flowers are imported from all over the world and with fuel and delivery fees continually rising so do our flower costs. My uncle passed away and his brother in law my father wanted to send flowers to the family. We live in Toronto, Canada and had to rely on choosing through ordering online. I chose a florist shop closest to where they live in Burbank, California that has very good reviews and with the conversion to CND I thought it would be a luscious bouquet of flowers. My cousin took a picture a huge disappointment very embarrassing.

The unicorn vase and most of the arrangement were lovely, but the blue flowers were already drooping/wilting/falling off upon delivery. Really unfortunate to be surprising someone with flowers and then what you present to them is a beautiful arrangement + a bunch of scattered petals that had already died off.

The three-star review was for paying the delivery fee, choosing to have the flowers delivered day of (I ordered them early in the morning and expected it to be end-of-day delivery), to come and find out that they were actually delivered two days later. As this was a birthday gift, the late delivery was very, very disappointing.

The flowers that I ordered for friend recovering from surgery were so pretty. My friend called me after receiving to express how happy she was to receive such beautiful the flowers. I ordered this arrangement for my sister's birthay (she really likes blue and I thought this would be perfect) The florist called to confirm my online order and also to tell me they were out of white roses and can substitute them with other flowers. I asked him what the options were and he began reading them off several options but what do I really know about flowers and what colors might look good in this arrangement? I then asked him to choose whatever he though would look good and that I will leave it to his artistic eye. I have to say, what we received was beyond beautiful and truly more remarkable than I could have imagined. It was so elegant and classy and had a few additional pops of color which I think ended up looking even better than the one originally ordered. My sister even loved the flower choices and the color choices. I wish I could upload pictures for comparison but I think they should definitely add that arrangement to their list because it was truly a work of art!! Called on the phone to inquire about their delivery and asked if they could do a few specific things for my arrangement, and the customer service was excellent! They were even able to deliver the same day (my dad forgot to order flowers for my my mom and his 25th anniversary so I was desperately trying to find someone who could deliver same day). The bouquet was lovely. My only complaint was that, due to the large number of orders the store had due to the holidays, my order was not fulfilled correctly. Thank goodness I was picking it up rather than having it delivered. They rectified the situation on the spot and I left with the exact arrangement I ordered. But it would have been a real nuisance if the incorrect bouquet had been delivered. Perhaps the staff can pay more close attention to the upgraded arrangements that get ordered.

Even though they didn’t make the preferred delivery time, they were super nice about it and just switched to next day delivery, no problem. My issue is with the product itself. The flowers are totally wilted! So even if they had come Monday, by weds the whole thing looks terrible. It’s just bad quality. I’ve never had flowers from a florist wilt so quickly. Not sure if they were left in a van overnight or what, but they were pretty bad.

My Girlfriend has been texting me photos and repeating how much she loves her flowers. The designer and team she is working with have all been complimenting how nice the arrangement is. I was just a bit disappointed because I chose and upgrade to my purchase. When I was sent a photo of what was delivered it did not seem as full as I had imagined it would be with the upgrade. As a matter of fact it was rather sparce with pretty much the same amount of plants as the lesser priced selection.

Called to find out if same-day delivery was available, and spoke with a nice gal named chelsea who said that my delivery was only a mile or so from their shop and that a pre-3pm delivery would be just fine. paid within 5 mins online. as of 6pm the same day nothing had been delivered. left message for a phone call the next morning, didn't receive one. called to find out what happened and (suprise!) chelsea wasn't in. the gal who i spoke with said she didn't know what happened but that my order was ready to go. i asked whether my order would be delivered THAT day and she said it would. it finally got there (woohoo!). receiver loved the flowers and they looked like the photo. most likely won't use this florist again, though, sadly. lots of unneeded stress/worry for something that should have just been done as promised. a phone call would've been cool too, just sayin' hey- couldn't get yours in today- but that didn't happen either. hopefully they'll get your order in as promised.

The arrangement itself was pretty. However, it did not look like the full picture shown. For the price ai paid the bouquet should have been fuller. The picture is misleading with the amount of flowers in the arrangement vs the flowers you delivered in the arrangement. This was not worth the amount I paid. I will go back to using Farmgirl Flowers. They are true to their pictures and pricing.

I had the flowers set up for delivery. The delivery was right in time, to bad no one was home. The driver took the flowers back to the shop, where the owner called me to set up to make sure someone was home. Once someone was home they delivered the arrangement a second time with no extra charge. Hard to find a company now a days to go out of their way to complete a sale.

Ordered flowers online. Called an hour later and asked what happens if it’s raining outside, what procedure do you take?
I was told “we will have to take the flowers back and re-deliver them the next day and charge you another delivery fee”
My reaction: “Um, the address is 2 min by car (proof from google), can’t you look outside to make sure it’s not raining? Maybe put a plastic bag over it?”
Hours later: Flowers delivered. Flowers are COMPLETELY different than what I had ordered online. Very disappointing.

However, I typed a note with my name to be attached to the card and the florist took my name off the message when the printed it. So my friend had no idea who the flowers were from when she received them. If there is a character limit for messages that definitely needs to be communicated on the website order form.

Not only were the flowers sent beautiful but the customer service went above and beyond to fulfill a request of mine. When I had originally ordered the flowers I requested if they had a superhero related balloon to attach that to my flowers. When my friend sent me a photo thanking me for the flowers I saw it was a regular Happy Birthday balloon. I didn't think to much of it, I just figured they didn't have any superhero related balloons, which was fine. The next day, my friend (she's a superhero fanatic) sent me another picture and expressing so much joy that someone from the shop saw that I had requested for a Superhero balloon and they STILL delivered it. I thought that was amazing being that they could have just easily been like "oops, well the order was already sent out". They still went out of their way to deliver that superhero balloon and didn't charge me extra.
I will definitely ONLY be using this floral shop when it comes to all future orders.

We needed same day delivery and placed our order around 10am. We were worried they might not get to the person before she left for the day, but we were pleasantly surprised when the flowers showed up about an hour later! This arrangement was beautiful!!! The pot was different than the one in the picture, but it was even more beautiful! I'm thinking about leaving the company just so I can have this sent to me too!

So my situation was somewhat complicated and I won't go into details, but even though I never actually saw the flowers when they were delivered or got a picture from the person I sent them to, she told me they looked and smelled amazing... Her just telling me those small details made me happy, and that I knew she liked them. If I ever need flowers delivered in this area again, I know who I will order from on my college budget.

When I needed an arrangement for a funeral, went to their website and found the most amazing arrangement. Ordered on line with ease. Received a confirmation almost immediately. To my surprise, got another email confirming they had completed my arrangement. They even added a photo of my very own arrangement including my note.

Best flowers I've ever gotten for my wife. Always just went to one of the major competitiors out of laziness. A coworker recommended them. SUPER WORTH IT. The selection and quality was so much better as soon as I saw the first couple of options. Not sure how prices compare but if they are more, they are worth it and local and good at what they do so that makes them worth every penny to me! Don't hesitate. Being able to order online for same day delivery sets Enchanted Florist apart as having stand-out customer service. But the icing on the cake was receiving an email of when the flowers were ready, including a photo of the actual bouquet!! Add in a delivery confirmation email and I am a happy customer. Really liked receiving the picture of the flowers just before they were to be delivered. However, the floral bouquet was not quite as marketed on the website. I expected to see more roses and a more colorful bouquet.
Service, as always, is friendly over the phone and the process to order on-line is very efficient.
